Pet friendly, the room was clean and spacious, nice dog area outside, had coffee, tea and water available all day. Melissa at the reception was phenomenal and always with a smile, happy to help and accommodate with any request. Susan, who was at the reception during the evening was also very pleasant. I reached out to her during the night with rowdy guests and she immediately took care of the problem.

The room was perfect with the kitchenette and beds. Having a laundry that you didn't have to pay to use was a blessing. The little shop in the complex was very handy and had a good variety of items that come in handy. The staff were very pleasant.

Last Fairfield Inn (Fayetteville, NC) was 10 years ago. It was dirty, poorly maintained, and not secure. We checked out after one day of a three-day stay. This time was a most pleasant surprise.

Breakfast choice was scant. The hotel needs to upgrade the breakfast choices and provide fruit that's not overripe if they really want my repeat business. Breakfast needs to demonstrate the hotel really cares about the hospitality of their guests.
Had breakfast variety been of a greater variety and higher quality, the length of my stay would have not been an issue.

I went to see and spend time with family.
I went to see and spend time with family. It was just as great this time as it has ever been. This is the only place we stay. Smokers are not allowed to hang out at the entrance door, so we weren't exposed to that. The pool is beautiful, and we heard children having a grand time. Breakfast was really good, better than fast food but not quite IHOP's. Also we saved money booking through booking.com. We ate at OIP, delicious!

Sayre, Pa is a small town and there is no transportation...
Sayre, Pa is a small town and there is no transportation system in place. No buses nearby and if needing to get to a Greyhound station the closest is Troy, Pa (another small town). This area is very beautiful because of the hills and Sayre is located in the valley. For nature lovers and those who enjoy the mountains, this is a good place to be. There are several State parks her and they are worth checking out. There is a taxi service, however, I was never picked up after waiting two hours. The taxi service is not good in letting the rider know the ETA, that has to be dragged out of them. If visiting I highly recommend renting a car or drive your own vehicle here as transportation is difficult. My stay was an emergency stay and was not planned. On a good note: ELM (airport) is close by, I flew in through allegiant air and their rates a very good. Just make sure you have someone that can pick you up at the airport.

OMG! Cleanest suite hotel I've ever been in! Pleasantly surprised! Would not use booking.com.again. call the hotel directly cheaper. Booking.com said breakfast included, but the hotel has never served breakfast. It is pet friendly, though, if you like to listen to barking, I don't, but the desk clerk referred us to Beemans down the street to eat, it was GREAT!!!!!
I love the pool and jacuzzi. Also love the fact I can bring my service dog. I've stayed at Grand Victorian so many times. I know my service dogs favorite was staring at himself in the mirror before getting on the elevator the way Tanner what strut his stuff like a million dollar baby is priceless. Sad to see mirror doors on elevator gone. I think that's what brought 100 percent more luxurious to this hotel alonh with many other unique features . Enjoyed our stay.
We were going to see a show at Tioga Downs, so this was the closest place available....about 15 minutes away. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! The room was very clean. Breakfast was the typical type of hotel breakfast which is all anyone really needs, so it was nice that it was included for free. We had to grab a taxi to Tioga Downs which was $20 each way, but better than worrying about driving (we had a few beverages).
Good location, right in town in Sayre. Everything was very clean, from the beds to the bathroom to the kitchen - no complaints whatsoever. We were only in town for one night to visit family so we didn’t get to use most of the full kitchen features but we were impressed with all it included. The room was also pretty spacious - there were four of us, all adults, and we never felt cramped.
This is my go-to place to stay when I'm traveling to visit family. It's conveniently located, and the people are always willing to help in any situation. My mom is in a memory care unit up there, and I need to see her as often as possible. The rest of my family also lives in the area. I'm close to all of them.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my needs in a stressful time of myself in the hospital did more than I expected to help us in anyway they could. I certainly would stay there again, GREAT JOB Best Western Sayre!!!
