Quality Inn, hotel in Santa Claus

The Quality Inn hotel is conveniently located between Jasper and Santa Claus on Highway 231, just eight miles north of Interstate 64.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked properly. The room even had hot water, something I've had issues with at other hotels. The staff was helpful and friendly. We, and probably everyone else, were there to see the 2024 eclipse and the staff was offering eclipse glasses to everyone. The breakfast was good and saved us a trip to find something. I doubt I'll be back in the area but if I am I will certainly look at staying here.

There is nothing to do in Santa Claus except Holiday World, which can be done in a day. The Christmas store, museum, candy store all close at 5pm so if you get in after that...If not for the Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial and Lincoln State park down the road you pretty much have to hang at your hotel. Also, If you are needing any actual conveniences, say the nearest Target, its 30 some miles away!! There are not many choices on dining either.

Loved Holiday World and Splashin Safari.

Loved Holiday World and Splashin Safari. Really like the little strip mall with the Christmas store got lost in there looking at ornaments and everything. There didn't seem to be a whole whole lot to do besides the holiday world and splashing safari. We did go horseback riding and that was fun

Holiday World is great and well worth the money.

Holiday World is great and well worth the money. If you don't like pizza, you'll have to drive to a restaurant as there aren't a lot of choices for food (we should have eaten supper at the park before we left).

The location was great, the accommodations were adequate, exactly what my kids and I needed. As mentioned, the indoor pool and hot tub were not usable and were in poor repair. Disappointed the outdoor activities were closed.

We were a bit disappointed by this town a bit.

We were a bit disappointed by this town a bit. Planned a 4 day trip, but could cover this town in 2 so we shortened our trip. Holiday World is an incredible value; Nearby Lincoln City park and Lincoln memorial were great additions to this trip. No traffic; most things are close by, convenient and affordable. Friendly little town. maybe it is a bit more lively during Christmas season. Frozen Hot Chocolate was very yummy! Santa Clause museum and Frosty's funland were underwhelming..however Frosty's food was awesome!! Breakfast Buffet at Santa's Lodge was pretty good also. Santa's stables was nice.
