We had a cancelled flight and booked in the last minute because it was near to the airport. 5 minutes to airport and have shuttle to the airport. The room was not big but very well designed and decorated. It has the brand new feeling and cleanliness. The breakfast was very basic but enough. The staff was friendly.

Self-check in, never met the hosts but were kind and communicative. Despite being a small room it had everything needed for short stays: mini fridge, sink, dishware, microwave, smart TV, hot water, AC and a comfortable bed. Enough place for guests to park next to the property. Highly recommended to bring a car. Actual property location is a few blocks away from the one provided by Booking, make sure to read and save the information sent by the hosts for check in.

I like the location, the size of the rooms, the hotel size, it's proximity relative to everywhere I'd likely travel being that all family and friends are mostly in the Kenner/Metairie area.....there's not much I don't like about the St. Rose location.

Saint Rose is located within the industrial area. It is within 4 miles of many eating establishments that have wonderful food. I highly recommend dining at The Voodoo Grill when you’re in Saint Rose.
We’ve stayed at this hotel a number of time while traveling from abroad. The staff are always lovely and accommodating. The room we stayed in on the first floor seemed yo have been redecorated and was fresh and modern. Beds are comfortable and early morning staff are always accommodating in providing us access to milk and fruit for our kids who wake up early due to jet lag.
Like a lot of people who stay at airport hotels - we were there on an unplanned visit! we were exhausted and the room was clean and had lots of natural light which created a nice place to rest and watch tv. The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful, and the airport shuttle was very prompt

Front desk clerk on check-in was great! She was very friendly and efficient and answered all questions. Room was very big, clean and the beds were comfortable. The airport rental car return was a three minute drive from the hotel.
The cleanliness was fine with the room and the bathroom. The hotel staff would not take my word that the air conditioning was not working and it was 80 degree's in my room as I woke up Monday morning.
The hotel facilities were nice, the room was comfortable and spacious and the staff were friendly. It's located quite close from the airport. Breakfast was pretty good.
