Temperature is wonderful, scenery is breathtaking, lots to do and enjoy.
We stayed at the Apache Motel which is outstanding and highly recommend. Restaurants, stores, etc. are a "MUST DO" especially RUSTY BALLS! It is an AMAZING Place to stop by, visit and buy some souvenirs for family, friends, and yourself.👍 You are treated like family and I bet you'll go back time and time again to check out the custom vehicles and new merchandise. End of Mountain Gods is a happy place to visit hands down! Several Restaurants to fill your craving. All around Ruidoso is an easy place to get to and ENJOY!

Ruidoso is a small town tourist location that is below Ski Apache. Fall is a great time to see the beauty of the town and watch the leaves turn, although not as spectacular as Vermont. It's a great place to destress and relax, hike, ski, sightsee and more. I have been to Ruidoso 3 times and will return again with my wife to unwind and just enjoy life.

The inn of the mountain Gods casino is a fun place to visit and they have a lot of eateries downtown that we enjoy, Rio Pizza, Hall of Flame burgers, Cornerstone Bakery and cafe. Noisy Water mercantile has excellent shopping.

Was nice to see wildlife (deer, elk, wild horses, hummingbirds, etc) The downtown shops were inviting but parking is very limited and would be difficult for handicapped on walkers to get around. Anaheim Jacks is a wonderful hamburger restaurant (food was great, clean, and good parking). The scenery is beautiful so it was neat to drive around in the mountains. Grindstone Lake is pretty and would be family fun. People are real friendly and polite.

We love this little mountain town and hope to have a place here one day. The cooler temps were a very welcome reprieve from Texas heat!
The Texas Club is a must (make reservations!) Tried Casa Blanca, the food was good and reasonably priced. The Log Cabin may be the best breakfast place ever, but go early if you don’t want a long wait.
History buffs should venture over to Lincoln County and Fort Stanton, both short drives. The solar observatory in Sunspot was interesting as well.

Ruidoso is a beautiful place. We love it. We had fun at the lake we went on canoes we took hikes. The kids played in the lake on the fun area. Downtown was awesome. We went shopping. Had some good candy, apples, and dinner.

that hotel is terrible i need someone to call me lupe garcia 915-740-6808 I had my reservation # was given to some one else the night shift guy and girl could not adimit they made a mistake i had to call the Police Officer they still make the
error and rejeceted service at the end after an hour of arguing back and forth you have a very bad bad night manager
The property is not luxurious, but have great spacious, cozy and confortable room and balcony.. It’s perfect to have a local experience with the best view in Ruidoso. We enjoy observing the deer every morning. It’s a great place for a nice family getaway!

Such a fun quaint hotel. Room was clean and appointed nicely with southwestern charm. Bed was extremely comfortable and hotel guests were quiet. I am looking forward to staying with them again soon. Fresh muffins and coffee every morning is a nice touch.
What a cute little place! Beds were comfy, the room was lovely and the location was excellent! It was literally walking distance to the cute shops, breweries and Noisy Water wine tasting room. I will totally stay here again when we visit Ruidoso.
I don't know what type of air freshener they use but the lobby smelled so good. This was an exceptionally clean hotel. Walking down the hall to our room it was like walking into a home of an OCD person. It was really clean. The bed was so comfy.
Amazing views, great location, able to have great family time for all ages - game room and large dining table. Enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on patio with great sunset view of the mountains. Fire place added extra warmth to family time.
Plenty of amenities on site and more importantly in the one bedroom suite. Location was amazing and the provided breakfast in the morning was the best we’ve had in a long time after staying in multiple hotels.
The staff were really friendly. Really good price for the 1 bedroom condo we got, decent location and home base for Ruidoso. Appreciated how pet-friendly they were (only $10 per night for pets).
