Staff was great. Room was so spacious which was perfect for a family of 6.
Lots of food options close by. It's Easter weekend, so a lot of places are closed, but Wang Palace is right up the street.
Close to the highway and easy to get around.
There are 2 different CVS within a mile of the hotel so we always had what we needed. Stop n' shop right around the corner. Food+meds+laundry, all bases covered.
Nobody messed with our car or anything like that. There were a lot of police on patrol, but nobody tried to violate my Constitutional rights.
I found a creek out behind the hotel while I was smoking a joint, it was peaceful and prohibition of pot is lifted in CT, so smoke it if you got it!! :)

I have family in the area and this is our go to hotel :) There are great restaurants in the area as well as shopping and activities. Old Wethersfield is quaint and a great place to spend an afternoon.
I appreciated that apple pay was accepted. Room was very clean and well put together. Elevators and hallways were clean. complimentary breakfast was greatly appreciated. Snack bar in the lobby with other traveling necessities was VERY helpful. The area was very quiet and right next to the highway so you can get to anywhere in the city with ease.
Everything was dirty or broken. I didn't dare go underneath the blankets for fear there would be bugs. Couldn't understand the lady at the front desk because she didn't know how to speak English. Breakfast joke on me.
Overall the worst hotel I've ever stayed at they should have paid me to stay there.
The hotel was clean. What I really enjoyed was the room and how the space is setup. The beds were comfortable and ok. Breakfast was great. We stayed there for visiting family and friends and the location was super for getting arround in Hartford
This hotel is very good in terms of location, parking, value, cleanness, and breakfast, so on. But its management has big problems, especially its check in service is so bad - the staff is cold and rude!!
Loved how pet friendly. Coffee was really good. Pet potty area was excellent and well appointed with poop bags. Lovely to have a bar to get dinner. Beds were small but comfy.
