Not a good exsperience ...dirty bathroom ....breakfast was out in open and seeing people use hands so didn't even eat either ...hair all over our bed and we paid the king suite and nothing was done and still waiting for some reimbursement as I didn't pay 170 to sleep in a dirty room nor pay 12 bucks for 2 pops and ice cream bar die to nothing was open to have a meal?????

It is a lovely college town which has met the challenge of change and time, new businesses, new energy in downtown Ripon makes it feel like a good place. Knuth Brewing is a big part of that. The owner has done great work there.

It was a very comfortable hotel to stay at as the King bed room with sofa was very roomy. The pool area was nice and clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub timer lasted forever! Breakfast had delicious food and a variety of choices.

What a darling town.
What a darling town. We were in for a funeral, so there were no expectations, but my friends had always spoken about how nice it was; I now can see why they love it so much. Ripon is in a gorgeous area and it's beautiful. We've now decided to come back this next summer or in the fall to stay longer and take in the ambiance, hiking trails and maybe golf..

The feeling of welcome that only certain towns can convey. I wanted to stay longer, but I couldn’t. It is definitely a place that I would recommend!! Also, the Ripon Family Restaurant was exceptional! Their food was very good and delicious. The service was 5 star!! Reasonable prices and the welcome feeling would be enough to recommend this restaurant, but they went above and beyond!
It’s an old fashioned motor hotel where you drive up to the door. Very handy if you want to clean out your car. The room was fine . Pricey for what I got, though the nice woman who runs the place said something about a golf tournament and nearby Oshkosh hotels were far more expensive. Nice town with a cute downtown and a walking trail.
We were in Ripon for the FABM Conference at Green Lake, and the day's activities always started early, so we didn't ever have time for breakfast, but it looked great!
Boarders was the closest lodging we could afford.
Also, the lock screen on the RCA television looked like our dog that was staying in a kennel at home.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I was visiting the local college my daughter will be attending in the fall. The room was very basic which met my needs as majority of my overnight stay in town was spent on the campus, not at the hotel.
My girlfriend and I went to Ripon to watch a concert and booked a room there for the night. The clerk/owner was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. Room was large and clean enough. Would stay there again.
The Ripon Welcome Inn 45 years ago was THE place to stay in Ripon, now it is the place NOT to stay, tired, old, not well kept up, falling apart, no breakfast as advertised, nothing that would indicate a nice hotel stay.
I like how comfortable and spacious the room was. I also like the fact that there is a small store in the hotel lobby, can’t say I’ve seen that in a lot of hotels. I also liked how friendly the staff were.
Location was good right on the main road between Ripon and Green Lake. Breakfast was average and I wish the facility would have had a guest laundry so we would not have had to visit a local laundromat.
I like how welcoming the hotel feels. Compared to others I’ve stayed at this one was the most comfortable. Breakfast was good as always and the rest of the facility’s were amazing.
