Very nice facility. All NY hotels are overpriced but other than that, no complaints. Happy we are early risers as after10AM, there was a long line at the bakery!

The location was great; two blocks from my daughter’s house in a terrific neighborhood. Very near Central Park. The staff were nice. I liked my pillow. The breakfast was fine….they were trying to offer more than cellophane-wrapped cinnamon rolls.

Staff very welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Rooms and hotel is very clean. Complementary breakfast was fresh! I will definitely stay here if I am ever in town again.
Good bed. Clean room. No parking. Had to park on grass along with 30 other guests and was boxed in at 6:30 the next morning which delayed my departure. The unacceptable parking situation negates all the good of the place. I will not stay there again.

I would not recommend this hotel.
I would not recommend this hotel. The breakfast was ok if you wanted to wait in a line to order it for 30 minutes and then wait another 15 minutes for it to be cooked - no healthy options at all, no fruit, or cereal. the hotel carpets were filthy and looked like they needed to be replaced. the location was terrible and not close to anything at all apart from a very large park.

The beds are very comfortable. The tv size and convenience of mini fridge and microwave is nice. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. The negatives: access to hotel parking lot can be a liability and or cause a fatal accident. Desk staff need training on greeting customers with their attention and not carry on about other work stuff in front of a customer. Kept getting billed over agreed amount which is very concerning. Made several transactions when should just been 1. What is that about really?

Was bad experience with this hotel no transportation no bus no any thing around we just asked the lady in the reception to cancel she say no you have to pay for 4 nights and we pay her but we could cancel before we pay and she say you have to pay now and later ask the manager for cancellation she was so mean they night shift guy was nice he say you can cancel any time . And we cancelled we just went to Hampton inn in Teaneck was awesome.

The room wasn’t clean , the swimming pool was filthy. The manager wasn’t professional in handling the problem. Her name is Raquel . And the worst part that mad my day worse is a mouse in the room was eating my girls’ chips at 4 in the morning. Really I never had such a bad experience with Hampton inn it was my favorite place to go to .
The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. Felix, the receptionist and Antonio, the breakfast waiter were very friendly and accommodating. The cleaners were very attentive. It's a bit out of the way to visit NY, but this is made up for by the bus stop in front of the hotel where the bus comes every hour.
The hotel is clean, and its amenities are sufficient for standard accommodations. There's nothing wrong with the facility, which is great. One standout feature is the free car park with easy access to the hotel, providing excellent service for guests. Overall, it's a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay.
Everything was perfect! I felt like at home, the hotel staff is lovely, helpful and welcomes you always with a smile. The food at the restaurant is delicious. I'll definitely come back!
