Our visit was cut short due to unforeseen circumstances. We were not able to stay there but knew there would be no refund or partial refund.

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. The suite was amazing. Held alot of people in the suite when getting ready for a wedding. I had my girls in 1 suite and the guys were in another to get ready for the wedding ceremony. It was perfect and cheap.

What U should avoid is trying to stay at the Inn at Reading. My brother & his wife left after 10 minutes. It stunk & had stained sheets. They are world travelers. I think Booking . Com should rescind my money for the simple fact that they do business with the Inn at Reading

a hidden gem, close to philly but far enough away to enjoy todays acts, concert, hockey games, oh yeah, the stadium is very far away-i had to cross the street-perfect location, from rock, soul, pop, hip-hop etc. the rooms are a gitchy vintage modern and IMMACULATE. everyone made me feel special, several times staff would not even take a tip, imagine that and your there, by the way the room service was enough to feed a family of 4-joke, but large portions

We came to do some Christmas shopping and visit Koziar's Christmas Village. MARVELOUS! worth the visit and the cost was reasonable.
The motel was not far from the places we wanted to go.
As it was late, we ordered pizza in.
The worst part of this facility is that it is a distance from the downtown area for restaurants. It is convenient to the airport. We did NOT hear the airplanes.
Reading is reasonably easy to navigate. We didn't get to all the places I wanted because of time and I was traveling with a youngster this visit.

I come here for the professionalism and expertise of the doctors at Reading Hospital. The procedures are not done locally so travel 2.5 hours to Reading often.
Reading is a beautiful city.
I always stay at the Candlewick Hotel and go next door to Brewers for supper. It's a win win with both. Unfortunately I haven't had the opportunity to shop. Hopefully one day soon.

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed. I didn't sleep all night cause although the bed was soft the nasty blankets and pillows were the worst. Advertised breakfast but there was nothing, not even coffee or tea. The ice machines were broken.
The lock on our door wouldn't lock, when I told the front desk I was told I don't know what to do for you and there are no extra rooms. Eventually she called her boss, and he called a guy. I had to stay in the room until they brough in a maintenance person. It took about an hour, and he fixed it.
I liked the scale of the public spaces and the size of the room. I particularly appreciated the sofa and lamps for reading. The staff was all around pleasant and eager to be helpful. I do think it's a shame that, for whatever reason, the signage on the road doesn't set off the property. I understand the decor will be updated, but it was more than adequate as it is. The location is perfect for my needs and I suspect many others'. I'd be glad to stay there again.
This hotel was clean and crisp, with a simple modern style that made it a pleasure to stay at. The layout of the room, to the beautifully breakfast layout was just perfect. The patty sausage on biscuit with gravy was delicious, and hot fresh coffee made this overnight a great value. Staff were pleasant and responsive. No complaints on this one.
Desk staff was efficient & friendly. Room met my expectations of cleanliness. In-room coffee was better than most. All appliances that I used worked well. Bed was firmer than most which I appreciated. Location was great as I attemded the WWII Weekend at the Mid Atlantic Air Museum. Only took 7-8 minutes too get there from the hotel.
We were in town for the Jazz Fest, and this hotel was close to everything... The room was very clean and modern... And every member of the staff that we came in contact with was wonderful from the second we walked through the doors to the minute we turned our keys in to depart... I look forward to returning for next year's Jazz Fest...
I thought that the facilities were very clean. The heater worked fine as it was a cool night. Clean and spacious shower with plenty of hot water. Despite the inn being very busy, it was very quiet. The continental breakfast was small (muffin, coffee, etc) it was good and adequate. I do recommend this hotel. Can't beat the price.
All the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Everyone was friendly and efficient, even during the busy night at the bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a lot of choices. Our room was also very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed our stay here.
no maid service...9 people staying in room next door ...smokink,,,dog barking during night...homeless staying in hotel....drinking smoking pot,,,bugs in the bathroom ...tv went blank maintence man showed up to correct it was very bitchy,,,baby on blanket in road 8:pm at night
Horrible horrible place, I honestly have never been to such bad hotel and I’ve traveled a lot!
Dirty, bad service, town is a disaster and I could frankly write a novel of all the terrible things we’ve had to endure but in short JUST PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!
we booked this hotel for our Pastor and wanted the best for him. The staff was very friendly and did everything they could to accommodate us. He had nothing but great things to say about his stay.
Beautiful hotel. All of the staff talk to you and are the friendliest people. Dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly excellent and the breakfast and service was unbelievable.
Bathrooms were clean, air conditioned worked, it was a perfectly fine hotel room. Nothing special, nothing fancy, just a place to sleep. Price could have been a bit better.
Great location, friendly staff and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, I actually emailed the hotel to see if I could purchase the pillow anywhere.
