Person that check me in say she was going to upgrade my room. That was great but later I was charged $53.63 as a miscellaneous charge which we did not use anything extra during our stay. This is a reap off I won't stay in this hotel again.

We spent most of our time in Springville and it was beautiful. We visited a couple parks and they were clean and safe. Springville and the surrounding area left us with a small town feel. Neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. We avoided the tourist traps and just enjoyed our time. I plan to move to Wyoming or Idaho, but I have to admit that I am tempted to look closer at Utah based on this trip.

My stay at the Days inn in Provo on Aug 27/29 was my worst experience I have had since booking with Booking.com. Didn’t get the room booked and front desk didn’t care they dead they could only go by that they had on computer every when I showed my confirmation e-Mail. Booking.com show breakfast included but no breakfast. Facilities where not keep up and looked like it was in a abandoned office track. The room we stayed in lock on inside of door was broken and there was a definite path on bathroom door like it was broken in too. We will remember this stay for future bookings and will bypass all Days Inn and have to think twice about anything by Wyndham. I will send this to the main office all so and Booking.com.

I travel often to many states as a youtuber and video blogger. I collect items that can be repurposed and reused in crafts or other projects. I found Provo to be a beautiful and dynamic city with a small town feel. Near by Orem is a city within a city featuring many community green spaces and an abundance of fun and interesting shopping.

I loved all the shopping!
I loved all the shopping! The mountains were so beautiful with the changing of the leaves. We ate at Olive Garden, Applebees and Red Robin but there are unlimited types of restraunts. People are very friendly. There is a nice bus system and lots of lanes for all the traffic.
If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this hotel is great. Giant in-room jacuzzi tub with a panoramic mountain view.
The word funky perfectly describes the room layout we stayed in, which is effectively in the attic. But from a intimacy perspective it had all key components for a wonderful evening. Within the room, there are over 25-years of journal entries of people sharing their romantic/sexual conquests within the rooms. The journals were fun to read, a few entries were X-Rated, and involved exotic escapades, and adventures.
This is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. Our room was a good size, had a comfortable bed & was very quiet. All the staff, from the housekeeping, the breakfast staff to the ftont desk & manager were all very friendly & very helpful and to top it all off, it was one of the most reasonable hotels we've stayed in. If we're ever in the Provo area again, we'd stay here in a heartbeat.
Accommodations were stellar! Large quiet room, comfortable bed, new furniture, raised counter in bathroom, dog friendly, and least expensive hotel during this trip. Lots of extra amenities we never used (pool and exercise room). We appreciated having a hot breakfast during COVID. Previous hotels offered a "bag breakfast" that was hardly palatable. This was a definite improvement.
Great location and could walk to all restaurants and coffee shops. Unit was very nicely decorated and well equipped with smart TVs in all rooms, comfortable beds, great towels and well stocked. Great for families or couple looking to experience Provo. Management company was very responsive and wonderful to experience.
I stopped in here because I wanted a night NOT in a tent on my 60-day camping road trip.
It was almost stunned at the quality of the place flat-out compared to any of the dozens of places I have stayed in my nomadic life. When contrasted to the price, I can say Wyndham Provo is a Gem, a diamond in the rough.
WITH FEW GOOD CHOICES FOR A BETTER QUALITY HOTEL NEAR BYU THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO STAY AT A FAIR PRICE. ON A ROAD TRIP AND HAD TO DO LAUNDRY. GOOD FACULITIES BUT AT A COST-$2 PER WASH AND $2 PER DRY. VERY NICE INDOOR POOL TO SWIM IN WHILE DOING LAUNDRY.
It’s an older hotel room furnishings are dated but gave a homey comfortable atmosphere. Shower had great water pressure something you don’t find in hotel rooms these days. Location close to BYU and restaurants.
Everything! The hotel was perfect for our needs. Breakfast was excellent 👌 and the lady helping was so friendly and kept that place clean and organized. Top knotch. Staff was excellent.
The beds were the best we had ever stayed in. The hotel felt well kept, and I even liked watching a staff member clean each and every leaf on the plants.
