When you want south Padres water, but not the hustle and noise, Port Isabelle is the place to go! Lovely shops, food, and don’t miss the lighthouse. I wish I had stayed a week instead of only a few days. And definitely book a fishing trip! We took one as a surprise for my husband for surprising me. I may have had more fun than he did and we caught a ton of fish with Captain Aaron!

Bring your own sodas. The vending machines were not working but the service provided made up for anything. Also don’t expect the waterfall to work at the pool. Everything else was beyond expectations.

Love the area,love the kitchenette. We loved the two separate rooms. Love to be able to walk to H. E. B.,stripes,dollar general,churches chicken,Burger King. Only defect is that the towels were not clean enough. Need new towels.

Other than being a former Tarpon...when my family and I visit my hometown, we like to stay local to afford us the comfort of being close to home. So without being too partial, this little town holds its own when invaded by tourists, and the like.
This is an older hotel but very good value for the price you pay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were a bit understaffed due to the Covid pandemic which is understandable. The room had two full-size beds with a Kitchenette. Was dated but everything was clean and in working order. The AC was working great! that was nice since it was quite hot. I would definitely stay there again. Also has a place to fish and a fish cleaning station that was top notch !!
They have recently updated and painted (basically sanitized) their rooms. The rooms were very clean. Their customer service was very good. The morning and night staff always greeted us with a smile and were very friendly. If you are looking to go to the island, but don't want to pay the hefty island hotel fees, then this is a perfect spot. You can spend all day and night at the island and relax and sleep away from the traffic.
Location was great. We were just a few minutes from South Padre Island. We loved that there were 2 full baths and a half bath, we were 6 people so it was perfect. The home was colorful, fun and clean. The views from the deck were beautiful. The community was quiet and felt safe. The recliners in the living room were awesome. Master bedroom and bathroom were a good size and beautiful.

The unit was very clean and well appointed. I loved the washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable. Great internet. High quality accoutrements. The unit is on the water and very quite. Great proximity to SPI beaches. Owner is great and was very helpful. Seamless!!! Will be back.
Beautifully presented, lovely comfortable beds, huge smart TV, lovely towels and toiletries. Very kind and helpful staff. In a great location for all the Port Isabel sights and the hoppa bus. Breakfast is a must too!
Comfortable cabin in a convenient location. The neighborhood is near the lighthouse, restaurants, and the bridge to South Padre Island. I found the bed to be
very comfortable and slept well during our stay.
Very comfortable and relaxing home. I hope to stay here every time I go back to SPI! Well-equipped and I loved being able to have a few days with my dog on the beach.
Check-in was an easy and fast process. I loved the ambiance and decor of the hotel. My room was super clean and bed was very comfortable - my two pet peeves!
