Every employee we encountered was so genuinely nice and friendly. This was probably the best hotel experience I've had - from the staff to the clean hotel rooms, great breakfast spread each day, and ready-made coffee/tea available 24/7. Plus, it was so close to great shopping. We would love to come stay here again! (PS - we didn't come with a pet, but I love that there were dog biscuits on the counter)

It was super affordable & close to where I was going for Comic-Con. It was my birthday 🎂 and I already knew a 4-day stay was going to be pricey but Budget Room was clean and affordable sans the bells & whistles of other hotels. The lady who helped me was super friendly and gave me the choice to pick my room which was super sweet of her. She explained how her place works and left me feeling comfortable with my stay. If I were to be in a super pinch and needed to stay again I would 🤗.
Everything was perfect and the young lady that checked us and was very polite and the young lady that the counter with her was also very polite when I called for towels or was no delay and getting them to me and the young lady that worked the evening and when I went down to ask questions was very friendly would recommend this hotel to people born in that area very convenient to Legoland and the aquarium
Pontiac isn't the easiest place to find secure, reasonably priced accommodations, which is exactly what this is. It's a nice house, maintained by someone who was friendly and responsive. Zero complaints, will definitely return. Thanks so much!!
At the airport in Seattle we where informed that ALL flights to Detroit were cancelled due to weather. I called Booking and the Hotel and was told I would not have to pay a cancellation fee. But I was charged anyway.
