Was surprised that I had to pay for breakfast especially being a Hilton Silver member. Breakfast should have been included in the stay.

This hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay and a large part of it was shut down. The restaurant was closed, breakfast was coffee and juice (and a muffin if you asked). The pool was closed. Our room was facing the road, but that made it cheaper. It was good sized and clean and had a (noisy) refrigerator and microwave, which was nice as there was no where to go for food or drink close by The view from the back of the property over the ocean is magnificent. The staff was very friendly and helpful despite the sorry state of affairs. I look forward to them getting this place modernized and back up and running. It is a short drive to Plymouth and the parking was free.

Nice hotel, clean, staff was nice, and beds and pillows were comfortable. One note, there was a hot tub in one of the pictures I saw, but not a recent one. It turns out they have become a big liability and the hotel removed it. The problem with the internet is pictures never go away and pop-up from years ago after changes have been made.

We loved it and wished we had planned a longer stay.
We loved it and wished we had planned a longer stay. Such a beautiful town near the beach. The highlight for us was the Mayflower II and Plymouth beach. We also loved seeing the National Monumnet to the Forefathers and visiting the Plimoth Patuxet Museum. The only downside was finding parking in town, and the cost of food was high. We were blessed though because when we went to Plymouth beach it was pretty much vacant as we went near the end of August and in the evening. We hope to come back again just to enjoy the town and the beaches.

I've been to Plymouth many times, so I didn't do much on this visit. It's a great destination for history buffs and the downtown is lovely. Do the touristy things on your first visit and then explore the coastline after that.

The problem was the weather - nothing anyone could do about that. I choose July 4th because of the concert and the fireworks. The concert was canceled. The fireworks were okay. I paid almost $400 for one night so I didn’t feel I got the most “bang for my buck.)! I wouldn’t do it again. We ate dinner at the East Bay Grille, which was excellent.

The people are friendly and helpful.
The people are friendly and helpful. Very courteous drivers letting pedestrians cross the busy streets. Felt very safe in this city.
The ocean scenery is beautiful and the history is amazing!
Easy to get around the city, all within walking distance.
Places to eat are easily accessible and many varieties.
As a tourist it took us a while to understand the pay to park situation. Once we understood it, all went well.
Would go back again and absolutely would advise others to see this charming place.

We did a foodie trip of Plymouth and tried out many of the great restaurants in town. We also caught a play at the Priscilla Beach Theatre. Don't miss going to Rio Brazilian Steakhouse and Hearth Artisan Bakery while you are in town.
Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. A bit far from downtown Plymouth walking wise but good location otherwise. Bar staff was nice, front desk at initial check in was nice. However inquiring about checking out even just a few minutes late was met with an aggressively hard stance. Additionally, five minutes after we got into our room someone from the hotel tried to open our door which thankfully I had already bolted but had it not been, my husband was changing, and that could have been yet more intrusive.
Everything about this hotel was amazing. situated in the beautiful town of Plymouth, Massachusetts. Fairfield inn is conveniently close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops and the beach. my stay was excellent. the staffs were friendly and welcoming which made me feel at home. The rooms were clean, big, spacious and Inviting. The walls are sound proof. The Appliances at Fairfield are updated. I would definitely recommend the hotel if you want to relax, and enjoy your stays.
We stayed in a lovely room in Dahlia Cottage with a queen size bed, table and two chairs, added comfy chair, refrigerator, and dressers plus our own bathroom with tub and shower. The owner is so friendly and positive. she cooked us a fabulous hot breakfast with eggs, fruit, blueberry pancakes, juice and coffee or tea. She is very knowledgeable about Plymouth and she is warm and delightful.
The fact it is right on the beach. My room was also right next to the smoking area which I frequently went to. Also there was a jacuzzi in the inside pool area which was great because I've been hotel hopping for the past 2 years now and never had a jacuzzi till now. It was amazing in the jacuzzi. They also have a great breakfast because they have waffles which I love.
The breakfast was excellent filled me up and the service was helpful anything i needed the staff was friendly and housekeeping was excellent giving towels and garbage bags when asked I thought everything and everyone and the Hilton inn at Plymouth were professional and a four star hotel that I will definitely return to and recommend
recently updated, had stayed there previously many years ago (family lives in Plymouth). Found room clean, awesome shades to block out lights, plenty of counter tops to keep luggage off floor, breakfast good for hotel, and loved that they offered Dove products in bathroom
It was a small room, but homey feeling, nice frig, freezer, TV, wifi, pleasant enough staff.
Liked the fact that the floors aren't carpeted.
Good location right outside of Plymouth.
Had coffee in a.m.
Pretty decent towels.
Pool looked nice, but it's closed for season
Lovely place, amazing pool. Location is okay. Few minutes to the ocean. All the best restaurants are closer to the ocean. Very close to the mill. We went out of season so the area directly around the hotel was very quiet.
Great location - able to walk to most anywhere. Plymouth is a special town with special people. Easy access to other areas. We would love to come back for another visit.
The buildings blended in well with the surroundings of Plymouth. The look gave me the feel of a resort instead of a hotel. The entire place was very charming.
