North Eastern CT is our home we travel back 2-3 times a year. All 4 seasons in Plainfield are spectacular! Traveling the back country roads seeing all the land in its glory it truly a paradise. Our last visit the leaves had just begun changing and th smell of fall was in the air! Anytime you can get here GO!!

They double booked not only mine but also the woman behind...
They double booked not only mine but also the woman behind me leaving us both stranded in a booked up area. We both had confirmation # mine from booking.com and the woman behind me had confirmation from the hotel. I had to pay over $100 MORE due to scrambling to get a room anywhere. And although they had a room for the second night he still charged me going rate even though he knew I had a reservation.Thrte was also a dead mouse outside of my room laying in the corridor .
Well the room and the open areas were clean. The staff was really friendly and nice. Breakfast is just basic if you are not very picky. The location of the hotel is not very convenient. There was only one market but nothing else really around it. It is more like a highway stop. From the reviews, I have expected a much nicer area with a little bit more around it.
The staff here is unbelievably accommodating! they are so kind and willing to help, I won’t put my family up in any other hotel! the property is clean, the rooms were so comfortable, definitely made the holidays not feel like I was keep my family in any old hotel room. They were very happy and looking forward to coming back again!
Breakfast was the typical hotel with some pasties, cereals, waffle maker, juice, and coffee. As someone with longer thicker hair, the water pressure was good in the shower! I also appreciated that the room had no carpet, just hard floors, which I assume are easier to clean :)
I didn't like anything and I was very disappointed with this stay at this hotel. And how much I paid to stay here, the service should be better than this. I will never come back here to stay at this hotel and I would not recommend anyone else to stay there.
The hotel was clean, toiletries and towels were provided, reception staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use any of the facilities - so can't comment on them, but for a comfortable, quiet place to stay met all our requirements.
Charged extra tax when arrive charged for dog no prior warning breakfast ot verry much compared to other quality inns we have stayed all in all very disappointed will never return to this site
Family visit travel. 2 years ago hotel a little shabby. This visit way different and excellent. A bit pricey for my budget but it was last minute. Good visit overall.
It was a little overpriced for one night and the breakfast option was limited. However the hotel was very clean, nice rooms and bathroom and I slept comfortably.
