Under renovation… carpets dirty… rooms old, cheap, bedding was clean though. Staff and lobby appearance was nice.May be nice once overhauled
The location was great. There’s a Walmart right next door and plenty of places to eat. There was a wonderful smell in the hotel which was nice. The front desk staff was super friendly, professional and accommodating. The free coffee and breakfast was a wonderful bonus. They had freshly baked cookies each day which were delicious. Beautiful Mountain views. On the down side, the room was nice enough but small and the bathroom was extra small. I had to turn sideways when using the bathroom to shut the door. Someone was smoking and we could smell it in our room. The noise level was high. Our card keys stopped working several times so we had to keep going back to the front desk to get them reactivated. Not a lot of local attractions. But overall not bad for the price if your on a budget.

The front desk person upgraded my reservation to a king suite. That was certainly more than what I expected. The room was very nice, having all the amenities that one would expect from a IHG hotel. I definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone who would appreciate fine accomodations
