Great location , very quiet as hotel is currently refurbishing its restaurant and bar . A short easy walk to beach and comfortable beach chairs were available at no charge. Staff were exceptionally friendly , helpful and courteous.

Had breakfast croissant sandwich delivered to room. Not quite hot enough but 15 seconds in microwave and it was fine. Small coffee maker in room. AC a bit noisy but there was a sign alerting guests of this abode the thermostat. Great location, walking distance to several restaurants.
Palm Suites is located only a 7 minutes' walk from the beach. Guests can take a refreshing plunge in the pool! Complimentary WiFi is provided for all guests.

Dirty towels. Knocked over bottles when I entered. No cleaning towels. Broken light bulbs. Fridge wasn't turned on. No hot water. Shower head broke and taped a lot to hold together. Alarm clock was broke. Odd wires sticking out from places. Completely rusted refrigerator. Bathroom door missing chunk of door. Construction crew working all the time beside my room. Loud noise constantly during daytime.

Love the beach...love the room with the view of the beach...The Clam Digger restaurant has a good breakfast.....but I wouldn't eat there for dinner ..It was so awful.... shrimp was chewing and rubbery..fries where nasty and cold ..either find another dinner or who ever made breakfast put him or her on dinner shift cook....lol

Since I traveled to this beach and found out about this hotel, I stay here. The staff is super friendly and the facilities are ready. The best thing is that you just cross the street and you find the beach

If you are looking for a family beach, this is the perfect beach. We have been going to there for 31 years. Small island but a very large and wide beach. Tons of room for children to run on the beach and you can see them for miles because it’s not crowded. It has the best Aquarium and small water towns to go walk around and eat ice cream

Easy get away from our area, less than 2 hours. Beautiful beaches, good fishing, shelling and relaxing. Clean, comfortable rooms with balconies and ocean view. Pool, hot tub and beach right outside back door. Restaurant on site. Fort Macon, NC Aquarium , several beaches and many places to eat in surrounding nearby towns.

The location is superb. Right on the beach. All rooms oceanfront with balconies. Rooms are small but adequate. Bathrooms very small with very short toilets. Hard for elderly to navigate. There were issues with no hot water. We really enjoy having a restaurant and lounge on site. Always clean.

We loved the location!! It had a beautiful oceanfront view of the beach and was also close to restaurants, stores, the aquarium, and the historical fort. The pool is nice with lots of chairs and there were also plenty of places to rinse off your feet and items after coming from the beach. This was a really sweet place to come with family! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is great, the amenities (pool, beach chairs, etc) were very good. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Very pleased with the value for the money. BTW, my wife read some of the prior reviews, and it's obvious that the hotel has upgraded the beach and pool chairs. Highly recommend the Inn at Pine Knoll Shores.
Hotel Alice is a great place to stay. It's centrally located close to Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle and all points in between. They operate a very pet friendly hotel. We always enjoy our stay there. The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff is always friendly and very responsive.
I loved the oceanfront room with the balcony. Liked having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The food in the hotel was very good. The staff was friendly. Overall, the distance from where we live and the location was great. We would go back!

The location was perfect, it was very peaceful. The staff was very polite, the room was clean. The hotel smelled amazing, the bed was very comfy I slept like a baby. I am ready to return and stay longer this time.
