I loved that every time you walk into the front entrance and the employees aways welcomed us!
The people are so friendly and helpful. Lots to see and amazing restaurants . The best thing was the people! We traveled at Christmas and if you caught someone’s eye they always said Merry Christmas or at least hi! Not like the west coast

There was an outstanding front desk person who greeted me, after I had a long day of driving and difficulty finding the hotel on GPS. I am likely spelling her name incorrectly, but Abena (?) was amazing; very helpful, patient and kind and gave good reviews on food to be found for dinner in the area. She was so welcoming, above what one ordinarily expects at check-in. The room was a good size and very, very clean. It was in a good location to take the dog outside easily for her walks.
The amazing views, the staff was absolutely amazing. Family had flown in from WA and driven in from SC to Phoenix city courtyard Marriott to attend my daughters high school graduation from Harris County High and 2 birthdays. We were able to set up an amazing area by the pool to celebrate our Graduate, and Birthdays.
Staff was very helpful and accomodating. She found us another rooms, since our first one smelled funny and had gross stuff and moldy shower curtain. They were out of towels - hotel was full - but she found us an extra small one.
The breakfast was great. Overall the stay at your motel was awesome. I was born in Alabama moved to Florida have traveled to Alabama a lot in the years and that motel was very horrible. I think now it is awesome.
