Room was excellent. Large and clean. The Beach looked great but in April when we travelled we stayed by the HEATED outdoor Pools. The Heated pools and hot tub were very good. Staff were friendly and nice free car park.

Great location walking distance from much of Pensacola Beach. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. The breakfast wasn't bad either. I loved the little beach and the "free rentals" of paddle boards and kayaks.

The breakfast was good as if any hotel that does continental type breakfast. I did like it was something for everyone to eat whether pancakes or cereal . The cinnamon rolls were so delicious i believe I had at least three during my stay. It was a good accommodation.

I wasn’t impressed about Pensacola! I can’t think of much I liked! I didn’t like the area I stayed! It looked run down! I didn’t like that restaurants and malls were 20-25 minutes from booked area! I probably won’t visit again. We ate at Longhorns and service was great and food was good! No complaints there! We also had Chick Fil A it was okay to fill a hunger! It was always crowded and congested there! It was frustrating traveling so far to get to restaurants/malls

Water was beautiful as was the view from my room. The sunset was spectacular over the bay. Lots of restaurants and shopping areas. Lifeguards were very attentive and monitored swimmers and surfers so they were safe. Large public bathrooms with plenty of space to change.

I think the only thing that would have made it better would...
I think the only thing that would have made it better would be if they had all of the outside activities setup but it also happened to be the same weekend that there was a Beer Festival? We are from New Orleans so we were expecting something similar and much bigger. There was about 6 tents set up with a live band and the really neat thing was the Bagpipe players! All in all you really don’t need to go far if you stay there because you have everything you need on site!

We love Pensacola Beach! It is so beautiful and clean. We always go in the Spring so it is not crowded at all. We also love staying at the Pensacola Beach Resort. It is a beautiful property and the staff are wonderful!! We could not ask for a better Spring Break!

It was a beautiful place to relax on the beach or by the pool. We rented a golf cart to go in town to shop and have lunch, which was fun. The restaurants at the resort were pretty good, but there was a limited menu. We ubered to local restaurants most of the nights, which worked out; but you might consider renting a car.

We stayed here in 2020 when it was the Margaritaville Hotel. It was just as good if not better this time around. The restaurant was convenient and delicious. The hotel staff was helpful. Everything was very clean and tidy. Very excellent vacation spot.

The location was perfect! You can literally walk across the street to the beach. And you’re on the same road as Fort Pickens and the national park entrance. The kayaks were an awesome plus! The pool area was great. There’s picnic tables and a fire pit outside and a great view of the bay. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was good too for it to be free. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, bread, eggs, waffles! If I come back to Pensacola Beach, I will stay here! This place is an excellent value!
This is a very nice hotel. Very clean and has very good staff. I only stayed one night but it was a really nice time. The pools were nice and our view from our room was amazing! Definitely recommend getting an oceanfront view! It was close to the shops and restaurants that you can just walk to. Staying here was a good experience and I'll definitely keep this hotel in mind for the next time I visit Pensacola Beach!
Our family had a blast. Loved the pool and pool area and beach. Front desk ppl were great! The Restaraunt people were borderline rude. Loved the balcony with our room and just wished that we had our room cleaned by housekeeping more than once during our stay. Loved the beachfront property.
This hotel is my wife and I favorite place to stay at when we come to stay at. We love everything about it!! The food is really good, we love the lazy river and the staff is amazing! Also love when you're on the ocean side and when you open the door, you can smell the food! 😋

Beautiful location on Pensacola Beach.
The unit was very nicely decorated and supplied. Ample seating for 6-8 people. Very comfortable bed on the main floor. A washing machine and dryer in the unit came in very handy.
We booked the Hilton for a quick getaway, and we were blow away by the hotel and amenities. We were already planning another trip with the kids for the Spring! Love the Starbucks, restaurant and bar, and the pools.
The breakfast was really delicious and the hotel was ocean front. I did like that the front staff called to see if you needed anything like towels etc. They even followed up to see if you got what you asked for.
