Very friendly and welcoming staff. Everything was very clean. Nice little pool. Best motel we have experienced on our trip through Texas, Louisiana and Florida.

Good little town with the country western feel! Great little family owned restaurants with great tasting food! Not much for shopping as you’ll have to drive at least 40-60 minutes for shopping or back to San Antonio!

Great spot everything that you need is close buy plus customer service is good.Sonya the front desk was very nice and accommodating will stay there again I would definitely recommend this hotel. The pool was awesome I notice the other hotels didn't have their pool open but southern inn did.
The place was very clean and had lots of hot water. Did not smell too much of chemicals and/or cheap motel but rather, had the overall cleanliness and smells of a mid scale hotel. (Think Holliday Inn.) Quiet air conditioner. Quiet location …but it is albeit, in a dead quiet small town in nowhere Texas. The staff/owners were friendly, professional and very helpful. They responded immediately and helped me figure out an air conditioner problem.(Breaker was blown.)
Staff were very helpful over the phone. We were running late and they took care of our check in over the phone to make the arrival easier. When we arrived they already had our room key ready. Room was comfortable and clean. And the location was perfect for our visit to Pearsall. Will definitely be staying there again when visiting Pearsall.
Another satisfying stay at this hotel. Still working on it being remodeled, but the addition of hardwood floors was a wonderful touch. As before, my request for a specific room was accommodated. Housekeeper was also gracious enough in providing me an extra pillow. Best value in town if you ask me. Keep up the great work.
