I stayed in room 240 A very extra small room for the value and the rug was extremely dirty but bathroom was very nice .. the location was wonderful
The staff , restaurant and bar and pool and beach were all excellent
I will return but only if I can stay in a larger room with new carpet

The property was very clean and in a great location. The grounds are gorgeous. It was too cold to use the pool but it looked very clean and well taken care of. We would like to visit again in the summer time.

The room was incredibly large, probably double the size of most comparable hotel rooms. The staff were very accommodating even providing a snack for my elderly mother. The breakfast was very good and the always had coffee, tea and hot chocolate available.

Staff were friendly and apologized for no pool no breakfast and no restaurant, which were all the reasons for picking this place. Otherwise this place doesn't deserve 1 star. My purpose to stay here was a night away from home. Wish I never picked here.

We stay in Pawcatuck because it is less expensive. We love the Westerly beaches in Rhode Island only 15 minutes away. Also Mystic is right down the street as well as Stonington, both beautiful, historic places to walk around, shop and to eat.

One of the reasons for booking the hotel was because they offered a shuttle service to Foxwoods. They discontinued that service however we were not notified of this. There was also a glob of shampoo in the shower that was not cleaned up which lead me to believe the cleaning was not superb.
The cleanliness and the free hot breakfast will always boost the rating of any hotel. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I did like how they had available options for a late night snack to purchase right in the lobby.
They had the best hotel pillows. My partner and I slept so good and didn’t spend the night tossing and turning. They had GREAT lighting in the bathrooms. The desk people were very nice and accommodating to our late check out.
Our kids enjoyed the pool, although the pool was rather small. The hotel is conveniently located - 15 minute drives to Olde Mistik Village, the beach and Foxwoods Resort Casino. Free continental breakfast was a plus.
