The location was great. Really enjoyed the pool and our room was very nice. Even loved the hand soap’s dispenser. Breakfast was good. Service was good. Would stay there again. The price was good for what we enjoyed

Villa Rosa was easy to find. Getting around Painesville is a little tricky, but we just followed our phone map. It was a lovely place to visit for my husband and myself, plenty of room for an overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed a few days longer and seen the sights. The room was very comfortable with plenty of lights and space as we needed very little. Hope to stay there again. The hosts were great, made sure we knew our way to get to different restaurants so we could have dinner.

Painesville is a nice little town with great fishing spots, a harbor and marina and great restaurants. I love eating breakfast at Perkins Restaurant before heading over for a day at the beach at Fairport Harbor.

Grew up in this area, it has grown and changed tremendously. Just east of Painesville is Geneva a quick drive to a wonderful winery destination. You can buy the local wines in Painesville stores.
Check out the history an early US President that was killed very early in his presidency is from Mentor one town West, his original home is there with a newer park now.
This modest hotel was very affordable and in a great location for a day of peace and quiet and a good night's sleep. The owner/desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. I like that there was a large, grassy area with a barbecue grill for picnics and a sitting area outside of my door. It's only about 10 minutes away from Fairport Harbor where I could enjoy fishing, kayaking, etc. and about 30 minutes from Geneva on the Lake, another great vacation spot.
We have NEVER had this happen in all the time we have been with booking.com We were so upset My wife was in a lot of pain and needed to rest We got to the hotel and there was a sign on the door CLOSED INTILL FURTHER NOTICE WOW Please take this place off your list and make sure no one else has to go through this We have asked for our money back we ended up going down the road almost 15 miles to find another hotel
The rooms were to clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than any I've ever had at a hotel. Mary, the wonderful lady who greeted us, moved our rooms to accomodate our request to be closer and was more than helpful with our questions about Painesville and restaurants. She made the stay so great.
It is an exceptional place, with lots of historic character and lots of love decorating it. It is the cleanest hotel that I’ve been to, especially given that my wife is a clean freak. It’s like a small museum and I really recommend staying here.
Brand new, clean, just off the thruway, convenient grocery store and gas stations right near by. Breakfast above average for typical inclusive breakfast. Room clean and spacious. Pool and workout areas above average for price range.
This hotel looked brand, spanking new. I could not believe it was 2 1/2 years old. The room was clean, bed fantastic and had all the accouterments a traveler could need for an excellent night of rest on the road. .
Such an immaculately clean hotel, new, fresh, modern and comfortable with great amenities including pool, gym and free parking. Excellent full buffet breakfast to start your day and such friendly staff.
