Staff was friendly. Location was good. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Evening coffee and tea was a great feature.

The staff was personable and friendly when I entered the building. There was a staff member who appeared to be on break in the eating area, and she offered to help me with my luggage. Everyone was wonderful

The gentleman checking us in was very helpful. He kindly shared some great eating options in the area specific to our questions. The room was clean and comfortable. We were close to the airport and close to our work areas plus multiple eating options. We definitely recommend this hotel!

Reservation by Booking com was cancelled without my knowledge which is very unprofessional. Spent almost 2 hours that evening trying to find another hotel. Will NEVER use Booking com again or REFER to anyone
The hotel was clean, good access to visiting family. Breakfast in AM was nice. The bathroom shower & sink faucet had poor water pressure. The lines seemed to be calcified or something. I am short & getting in bed was hard. The bed was too high. We bought a stool so I could get in bed easier without help. If we had not bought a stool I would have had to wake my husband each night to get back in bed.
Front desk people were VERY rude and unprofessional. We had to wait at least 20 to 25 min for someone to get to the front desk so we could get checked in. Hotel needs cleaned furniture in lobby has holes in it. Carpet in our room was filthy and had a large stain. Over all a very unpleasant place to stay. Not up to Hamptons standards not even a little.
Came in at midnight and was unaware there would be an issue getting transportation when I arrived. Called the hotel to ask for a suggestion and say no more they immediately came and got me. Wonderful people and the bed was melt into sleep comfortable. I have severe back issues and am thinking about this mattress still ad a must buy.
Nothing wrong with the location. Breakfast was not good. Sausage looked strange like it was not cooked well. Gravy tasted like paste. Orange juice and yogurt was good.
Foreigners running hotel could not speak good English. They could not understand me.
Could not get SECN on tv to watch ballgame I wanted to watch.
The bed was comfortable. The heat worked nicely. It was fairly quiet at night. Despite the heavy footsteps we heard, but the hotel can't do much of anything with that. It did look clean enough to stay and lay your head down for the night. The front desk lady was nice and got our room quickly.
Friendliness of staff. Ease of parking. Two rooms being close together. Staff being available to help with luggage and staff being willing to help with out of hotel assistance .
