It was tastefully decorated; very clean and comfortable. They provided “extras” like free use of beach wagon, cooler, beach chairs, + beach towels. The lid was broken on our coffee maker and within 20 minutes of calling about it, she arrived with a brand new one. The beach was an easy walk of .2 miles.
We would like to go back to Twin Palms in a couple months for another get away.

Most days it was good, somedays they were short on things. a little more variety would not hurt.
This Sarasota hotel is only 10 minutes' drive to Siesta Beach and Myakka River State Park. Guests will enjoy an outdoor pool and daily hot breakfast throughout their stay.

conditions were very poor from the start, we stayed but really consider finding another location, my wife and I sent separate reviews in, if you look them up you will see what we put up with. Very sad since the front desk even after taking are concerns w prove in hand, they never even came to check things out, customer service not good, we travel often and have never been just passed over. Sincerely sorry to sound so toally bad but true must be told, if someone would call and talk w us, it may help you all.

Getting around is easy - had no problems at all. Eat at Rosebuds - wonderful staff and the food is terrific! We visited Venice Beach - Casperson Beach, Manasota and Blind Pass - all I highly recommend. Sharky's on the Pier is also a fun place to /lounge/eat/shop.
The hotel was lovely. Very clean and welcoming. The staff were great - friendly and helpful! The pool was pretty and clean. The tiki bar and restaurant were very nice. Prices were a little high. Our family would have loved a hot tub by the pool. We appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby, however, would have loved tea and fruit water for those who do not like coffee.
we stayed in room 149. Everything was like new and super clean. Bathroom excellent, bed excellent, the pool and tiki bar were great(awesome drink and food happy hour specials) . We had an excellent breakfast and the service at the resort was excellent. Location was great, minutes to Venice beach at half the price of beach accommodations.

There was no breakfast included. However there is a Restaurant in the Hotel which offers breakfast which is an additional trip expense.
The room didn't have a microwave.
If you want a rooms with balcony/pool view it can be very expensive.

We loved this hotel. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Our waitress in the Cafe was wonderful. We would definitely come here again and plan to schedule our next trip to Florida around this hotel and staying there longer. The room and the shower was huge.
Extremely clean and up to date room and whole hotel. Nicole at check in was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. So much nicer than most hotels I've been the last few years. Even the laundry room was top notch.
The Tiki Bar and pool area are perfect to chill out after a day on Nokomis Beach. Chef Rolf's restaurant has some excellent & affordable food choices prime rib & Maine lobster.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and the big shower was a big highlight. It's in a very easily accesible area right between Siesta Key and Venice and all the beaches are very close.
