Beach was nice..pool area was clean and the beds were actually very comfortable. Location isn’t too bad but nothing to do near there. And your about 12 minute drive to Daytona Beach.. where all the fun stuff is.

Hole in the front door where it was kicked in deadbolt, broken dirt everywhere, garbage leftover from the previous guest sand in the bed a lot of it we ended up leaving and driving to Orlando. We did not stay the night there.

Hotel was nice, location is iffy (Econ Inn right in front of it is a bit sketchy looking).
Price was excessive for hotel quality & location ($700 for 2 night!).
