While breakfast overall was satisfactory, I must note that the hot water in the canister was only at room temperature, which proved insufficient for preparing the oatmeal or grits.

This is my spouses families home and I’ve seen it expand leaps and bounds for the better over the 34 years we’ve been married and most definitely hotels were needed. This is great to have a Hampton here!!!
Didn't have breakfast when my husband went to get it one of the workers yelled at my husband . it's not ready . My husband was so mad he came back to the room and said let's go. I went to turn in the keys no one was up front and no bell .so I said hello and I heard a voice coming from the back of the room saying yeah what do u need. I said I need u to come get these keys . He said just put it on the counter.i thought that was very rude and very unprofessional. Me and my husband will never be staying there again
It’s was disgustingly dirty.
The 1st “non-smoking” room which I reserved, smelled like a car that add an ashtray with a carton of old cigarettes still burning, in the hot sun, with all the windows roll-up.
After requesting a real “non-smoking” room. I had to bring the burnt dust coated light bulbs to the front office, to get working light bulbs.
Night stand had mold behind it.
I have no idea how this motel is open, can’t imagine it is compliant with any up to date codes.
the room was very nice as far as presentation and comfort omg the beds were so comfortable. the room gets freezing cold so good thing no problem w the ac. ease of access to the casino and racetrack. you literally can enter the casino thru the hotel it just consists of a lot of walking to the front of the casino once you enter it from the hotel because all other entrances were blocked off.
The breakfast was good; happy that there was different options to choose from. Many other hotels in the area aren't doing complimentary breakfast due to Covid, which is frustrating. So I'm grateful that this hotel kept the breakfast.
The check in process was easy. The building looks nice and clean upon entry. Room neat and clean. The breakfast was good. The food was fresh. The fruits was fresh.
