Quiet, clean, located near the airport. The staff helped us with transportation suggestions for returning to the hotel after taking our rental car to the airport the evening before we flew out. The shuttle runs only in the morning so she gave us the number to use for a taxi. The shuttle service in the morning was great!

The first room they put me in had a bad light bulb. I went to the front desk and told the person at the desk about it. She said oh I’m very sorry. I said please send someone to fix it. She said no I’m going to move you to another room. She upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge. The room was wonderful! This place went beyond what I expected! Thank you again! I hopefully will be back again soon.

Generally sketch vibes, roach motels, don’t expect to get any sleep at night because your motel next door neighbor is gonna be testing out his new ryobi impact drill that his homie just traded him for a dub of skante and some bud (outdoor) . Then the walls are thin so you can hear all the motel next door neighbors doing the George Michaels, if you know what I mean , all through the mf night. and you’ll end up just sitting in the dark, roachs are crawling, feels like someone is watching you in your room, homless people are just gonna open your door and come in if you leave it unlocked I’m not even kidding

I really enjoy visiting Ontario CA. They have many places to shop at, kind people around the city, and have many beautiful views. My favorite spots where going to the golf course they have, the parks, and the food. I ate a pizza from 7 eleven on fourth and baker, which the pizza was so good 👍. Getting around Ontario CA is so easy.

However The Ontario Mills Mall Improv Comedy and surrounding sites,etc. Make it a great place to visit! Foodie interests went through the roof with restaurant offerings and this local fried chicken house called Donhues in Ontario CA! We thought we'll just try it based on word of mouth ..lol It became a habit of sorts as a go to especially as it was fresh fried chicken to order with these rolls! 😱 This review is done can someone call in a snack box Strawberry Lemonade wedge potatoes
Let me start by saying that staying at The Best Western in Ontario was a very very pleasant experience. The front desk check in lady Lisa was absolutely amazing. She was patient, courteous, and just a great person. The hotel room was clean, had a lot of room, and had great amenities. The front desk was able to find a room for me and my guest after BOOKING.COM made a mistake and NEVER sent them my reservation information.
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! I stayed there for two nights while taking the bar exam in the Ontario convention center and was pleasantly surprised. My executive room was huge, fully equipped with everything I could have ever dreamed of, was extremely clean and comfortable. I want to command the hotel staff, which was outstandingly friendly and accommodating.
This was the best room layout of any hotels we have stayed at in this price range -- including those across the U.S. and internationally. And we have stayed at many in our 50+ years of marriage. The middle section living/working area -- with separation of a sound barrier and a wall -- allows one party to use the bathroom, or work/read without waking/ bothering a sleeper.
Great hotel for what we needed, which was a stop off during a sports tournament. Pool was heated and hot tub was fine. No luxury, but none was expected!

Ontario Airport conference center is always my choice when in town and I go quite often ....I cannot tell you how lucky this hotel is to have Arianna Richardson...she is what customer service is all about..very polite friendly and professional...I travel a lot and I wish every hotel had her professionalism .
One of the best hotels we've stayed in! Everything about it was exceptional. Very easy to get to from the freeway. Room was large, comfortable, and quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was fantastic. Breakfast was above and beyond our expectations--they make omelets to your specification!!
Pros: very clean (and I am picky), very comfortable, as quiet as a hotel near an airport can be and fresh water always available in the lobby. Fitness center was clean. Breakfast was well maintained, hot, and plentiful. Waffles are really good!
Service was excellent. Sarah, the manager, is sweet and friendly. Room was a good size and a good price compared to others that are $150 and up. Overall a good budget hotel close to the airport.
Bed very comfortable. Almost too high to get in easily, but I managed okay. Location near airport was very good; did not have to get on major freeway, and quite direct route.
