I’ve been going to the Impala Island for years. It’s an older place but always clean, beds are nice and perfectly located about the middle of the boardwalk (and only one block walk to the boardwalk).

If I would have stayed there like I reserved then it would have been great I’m sure

Excellent location, just a few steps to Boardwalk.
OC is OK for an off-season stay.
Avoid it like the plague during busy summer months.
Local politicians have implemented draconian rules and curfews to protect their image and revenue stream. Hopefully the individuals targeted by those measures (youths) will member how they were treated and vacation elsewhere in the future.

Great Family resort, but getting too expensive.
Great Family resort, but getting too expensive. We love it there but the only way we'll go there is off season and even that is getting up there. I wish it were dog friendly like Delaware/Maryland beach towns in the off season. They should make parking free off season like Delaware/Maryland beach towns also. If we had a Manco pizza in Delaware, we would no take anymore trips to OCNJ. Sorry we love Ocean City, but everything is getting out of hand.

This place was amazing !
This place was amazing ! You can tell it is newly renovated with high end upgrades. The common area was spacious and the kitchen is gorgeous !
4 bedrooms make it perfect for a family trip. It was clean and reflected the pictures shown online. We only had stayed a night but I would definitely book again!

Most I like. Relaxing at hotel by pool.walking distance to cvs wawa & supermarket.and restaurant.2blocks to the beach ⛱️🏖️⛱️..it was just right for my family.can even walk to many little stores.wish could stay a little longer.

Bathhouse was convenient and clean on the boardwalk. Looked for more of a variety of food to eat but not many options on the boardwalk. Mostly pizza and ice cream. I didn't want to move my car and lose my parking space.

Very clean area. Loved seeing how every property looked nice especially beautiful landscaping. It is not a rowdy place which we loved! Plenty of good restaurants but we found a few favorites we went back to. That nicked the Sunrise for breakfast and the Anchorage for dinner. Since we are retired it’s easy for us to come during the week rather than the busier weekends. We were exceptionally pleased staying at the Harris House. A great location. Parking available. Really well run with great staff.
This was a last minute decision to go to the beach and we were excited that Ocean Manor had availability. (Childhood memories of Ocean City and seeing Ocean Manor was exciting!) It was the perfect location to the beach and boardwalk for my husband, myself, and our 2 little granddaughters. The front desk staff were very sociable and interacted with our granddaughters wonderfully. The beds were very comfortable which was a plus for me! We will definitely make another trip to Ocean Manor and Ocean City, NJ!
The room itself was updated but the bathroom was original to the building and had mold in the shower. The room was very clean otherwise. The space around the bed was so small, but it was manageable. The bed and soft pull out bed were a bit uncomfortable. But it worked out well for us since we only stayed one night! They are the only hotel that didn’t insanely raise their prices.
The location is amazing! We stayed just one night and while it was raining like crazy and the end of winter, some shops were still open (and the ocean is beautiful no matter what time of year). The hotel is absolutely gorgeous- loved the small kitchen we had! Would definitely consider staying more days over the summer.
Location was excellent! Right by the boardwalk and the beach was very close. Tons of restaurants, stores, bike rentals, and even convenience stores nearby. As an added perk, the hotel is right by the public restrooms and security so it felt like a very safe location, even at night. Staff and pool were also excellent.
It is a beautifully restored historical property. The property owner Nancy, is a wonderful kind person. She was so accommodating and was willing to help us in any way. The house has so many architectural features. It is located in the historical district of Ocean City, NJ
For the time of covid the cleanliness of the hotel was perfect. This was the first time we have been down to Ocean City NJ in over two years. I will certainly hope I will be able to get a reservation for the Biscayne Suites again.
The rooms living room with nice and comfortable the bedroom was very big also the bed was big and kitchen area was clean this my second time coming here I would visit this hotel again
