Featuring 3-star accommodations, Comfort Suites Knoxville West - Farragut is located in Knoxville, 15 miles from University of Tennessee and 16 miles from University of Tennessee Neyland Stadium.
The room was luxurious and spotless. Breakfast was disappointing. Sausages were there but no French Toast left. No sign of the staff until we were leaving. Probably 10 guests came in while we ate yogurt and a tiny muffin with OJ and coffee.there was cereal and hot oatmeal but no fresh fruit at all.
My checkout invoice did not have the same room rate I booked on Bookings.com so somehow it falls on me to call it in. Whoever ran the charges in the the hotel should be able to refund and rebill surely.
However, we loved the hotel itself and don’t regret staying there at all.

Upon check in late night/early morning. GOOD Karen was working and checked us in. Very lovely lady, super nice and knew her job!
Room was nice. Small item that would make the room a little nicer, is for maintenance to repaint and cover up where repairs have been made or match the paint where repairs have been made. Otherwise, it was nice and I’d recommend it. Also a good selection of stores and places to eat near by.

Place was clean and the perfect location for us to explore Oak Ridge TN. We visited 2 museums and there was more to see that we'll have to check out next time. Really enjoyed the history of Oak Ridge.

Great room, Clean and the view was of the main street out front plus the parking lot which I liked so I could keep an eye on my truck,trailer and Jeep. Over all I would stay there again. The Service was nice and helpful and would always ask if there was anything that they could help with.

Was a nice place, staff very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and everything worked well. wish the fridge had better instructions on how to turn up and down.. can never get that low to look at the dial way up in the back of it. Over all though it was a nice clean quiet room.
I'm on a controlled diet so I chose to not include breakfast in my reservation. The microwave and fridge made it easy to prepare breakfast. The location of most hotels in Oak Ridge is along one road within 1/2 mile. Days Inn is the oldest of them, located at the west end of that stretch, and slightly more directly accessible than the upscale ones. I liked being able to walk directly out of my room to my car parked 10 feet away, not hearing other guests walking down a hall to their rooms.
The location was perfect and 10 minutes from Windrock where we were riding our Polaris ranger.I really enjoyed being within walking distance to Walmart and the strip malls.The hotel was very clean.The staff was very friendly.The breakfast was good.We will definately stay here when we return to the area in the spring.
Basically brand new and very clean.
They have everything you need for an extended stay or a comfortable few days. Shower is massive! First hotel stay with our medically complex infant and it was almost as comfortable as home.
Staff was extremely nice. The rooms were clean and the bed was amazing. I, unfortunately had to leave for a family emergency before breakfast. But the staff were very considerate. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great Venue for attending course in Oak Ridge. Able to walk to resrurants locally. Good location for Walmart and shopping. Staff really friendly and helpful
The house looks just like the pictures. It was supplied with more than expected items. Planning on renting this home again when we come back to Oak Ridge!
