The service was outstanding. When I ordered in room dining, the food was delivered very promptly- more promptly than any other hotel. The food was delicious. We ate with my family twice at the Rugby Grill and the food and service there was excellent as well.
The room was spacious and nice. The mini bar was restocked fairly promptly. The bathroom and shower were also spacious.

Breakfast was excellent. Just the right amount of food and variety. Good healthy options appreciated. Lots of space and tables for all guests. The laundry! The hidden gem for travellers and not even noted on your facilities list, but pointed out by your reception staff. No charge for parking was areal benefit.
