We didn’t have the breakfast because it’s too expensive and there were six of us. It would be very nice since the room cost is pretty high if the breakfast was included.

The room was really clean! The bed was super comfortable! Did not care for the way bathroom was set up, but do-able and it was very clean. When we arrived at front desk, the clerk was not that friendly. I had a special circumstance concerning the booking of the room, and she did not give me a chance to explain, before she said firmly, No we do not do that! I then asked her to please look and see if my room was booked for an extra night (which when I called before we came, whoever I talked to said she would note my reservation). When she looked, she said "oh" ok. I just did not like her tone when we arrived. Everything else was super, including the breakfast.

The hotel is not a real Hilton hotel. I had to change rooms (2) twice . The rooms smelled like a frat dorm (stunk) and some lights did not work in the other room. Exchanged rooms still smelled like the carpets had not been cleaned on a while. They charged my daughter $200 saying we trashed the rooms. We were the only black visitors and I didn’t appreciate how the catagorized my black family. We did not trash the room! The manager Ray was very nasty and condescending when I called about them keeping our deposit for wallpaper that was already peeling and one quarter sized spill on their already dirt carpet. Do it stay in this hotel if you are a black family…or any family for that matter. This was my granddaughter’s sixteenth birthday and is was totally ruined by the room and the unprofessional behavior of the staff. I saw more than one family coming down to the front desk to complain about their room.

I really enjoyed Novi.
I really enjoyed Novi. It was a nice place to visit and I will be visiting again. I will never stay at the Double Tree/ Hilton in Novi though as it did not off much, the rooms were old, dim, dusty, and did not have food or room service.

Biggest dive of a hotel I've ever seen if it's a four points by Marriott I can't believe it is it needs to be reevaluated in the sign needs to come down that owner is a foreigner and he is a money grubber Steeler thief wants to charge me $2.43 to upgrade my room I'll see you later I'm out kiss my butt goodbye I wouldn't stay there if it was the last hotel and Baghdad

Although Novi doesn't have a typical downtown with a Main Street, it does offer easy access to several expressways, a lot of nearby shopping, restaurants and charming Midwest towns to explore, like Farmington, Plymouth and Northville.
In Northville, Mayberry Park has gently rolling trails and a working farm to explore and Guernsey's, a multi-generational, family owned dairy & diner offering their own tasty ice cream, including flavors like "Crem de Novi". You're also about a 30 min drive to Kent Lake and Island Lake State Parks, if you want to take a dip or commune with nature for a while.
Four points staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. BOOKING tried having the hotel cancel my reservation for our suite bc they overbooked go figure and 4 points by Sheraton staff worked quickly saving the day and my daughter's birthday by helping get us into a double adjoining room. Breakfast buffet is work the price. Having a bar, pool and hot tub was a great feature. Rooms were spacious. Patio rooms. Will return directly through them next time bc of the phenomenal customer service.
Hi I made a reservation at this hotel for the 5th to the 9th of August. So I arrived there for the checkin at dawn 1 am between the 5th and 6th. The girl at the reception treated me very badly and even made improper charge
I gave her a card to be charged only the deposit because I had paid the rates online with another card and is being charged again along with the deposit.
I hope to get my money back soon, besides being treated badly.
It was a clean hotel, the workers are very nice but that's about all i can say. garbage dispose all did not work, 2 glasses ( we had 4 people with us). 1 pot to cook with. oven did not work. no shelfs or hangers in the one bedroom. toilet leaked. the pull out bed was broken ( could not use it.)
We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The free hot breakfast was a nice bonus! The bed/pillows were super comfortable. We had a room right beside the ice machine and asked to switch, and the staff were very accommodating with that request.
I loved the spacious rooms and the nice view from the high floor. My favorite room feature was the frosted glass barn doors. Also, the complimentary breakfast was better than other hotels I've visited.
This is one of my favourite hotels. When we travel to the states we always stay here because of the shopping. It has everything. Also, it’s clean and the staff are always so helpful.
The location was great. Approximately 25 to 30 minutes to downtown. The facility is nice and quiet. Nice little bar inside the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
We liked the location of the hotel as it was close to the suburban showplace.
We forgot our toothpaste and the front desk had some for free, so that was nice.
Breakfast is good, the female waitress with glasses is nice. Location oposite to 12 Oak shopping mall. There are two resturants at the back of the hotel
