The breakfast was superior for a hotel breakfast. Many choices, well-made. The front desk people were incredibly helpful. The rooms were very comfortable - my friends and I each had a king suite. We were able to sit together comfortably in the evening.

I brought my swim trunks hoping to do a few laps, only to find out the pool was closed for remodeling for two weeks. It's not fair that we were not notified and could have made different arrangements to stay somewhere else. We should get some kind of refund. We shortened our stay by a night. Hilton has done nothing to offer any kind of refund or coupon. They will need to earn my business before I ever stay at a Hilton!!
Paid for the property ahead of time through booking.com Front desk said they haven’t received payment after showing proof of payment. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service and got no where. Tried to rebook a hotel room through crowne plaza and they tried raising the price 60$ and refused to match the price I already had paid for.
This is my second stay as I enjoyed the first! The hotel has been refurbished since my last visit and is even nicer! The location is good good for me as I visit the Orchid Show in the Chicago Botanical Garden. The room is warm, clean and comfortable.
New and modern hotel, about 20 minutes away from the airport. Very nice and helpful staff. Big room, comfortable bed and complimentary coffee machine. Bathroom big and new. 24h open gym with some cardio machines, free weights and machines.
Check-in online was easy. Room was clean upon arrival. Bed was comfortable. Walkable area- able to walk to stores and restaurants. Not far from O'Hare airport- 20 minutes.
