When I was checking in I was told that I didn't have a reservation took about 20 minutes to get it straightened out. I offered my confirmation number but they didn't respond to me I would recommend you remove them from your list. I have used your website many times and this was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. Not good for booking.com reputation!!!.

Not the cleanest motel for sure. Smelled of smoke, infestation of bed bugs, bitten and visible to the eye.
Needs an overall and fine tuning. For starters get the bed bug infestation under control.
