The breakfast was middle of the road comfort food. Fresh and warm. The toaster blew a fuse however. It couldn't be fixed because nobody had a key to the room with the fuse box. POOR organizing.

The owners are trying to make improvements, however it was not highly rated by us due to how worn everything was. The room was clean but the comments about rats in the area and keeping our doors closed really creeped us out. This property is used by many workers who are on Perdiem looking for weekly rates and is not a haven for vacationers. The fact we paid $167 reflected tourist pricing without tourist value.
We had a wedding to attend in Venice. This was perfect for our needs. The host was very accommodating and let us check in a little early. The beds were all comfortable. Water pressure was good for showers. The game room was a plus for our 5 year old. We did not rent the house for the two kitchens, however, it came in handy when we ended up storing all of the food for the wedding. We all had a great time, slept good and I would recommend this home to anyone traveling to the venice/Ft. Meyers area.
The house was beautiful and felt like home. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy check in and check out process. Quick response from property owner with any questions. Many family activities provided in the home such as pool table, ping pong, darts, ring toss, hot tub and fire pit in the back yard. Would highly recommend and will definitely book this house again when we return to Florida for another visit.

Can I tell you how horrible this place was? Yes it had no working AC in Florida. Wires exposed which can cause a fire hazard. Please look like it hadn't been deep cleaned in years. Oh and I must mention the rudest reception.
Room was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The coffee maker was nice to have. We did not use the refrigerator due to our short stay, but it was much larger than more expensive motels.
Everything was great we won`t change anything. Next time we go to North Port we are staying in there again.

The location was close to family and close to the heart of North Port. AC worked great. Pool heater maintained a constant temperature. Animal friendly neighborhood.
