Our hosts were warm and welcoming and wanted to do everything to make our stay pleasant. The bed was super comfortable to sleep and we slept like babies! Room was well equipped with facilities to make tea or coffee. For those who like to discover the nature by bike, there is right next to the house a bike trail and 100 meters from the house a bike rental. We definately recommend this place!

The house was impeccably clean and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. There was easy parking at the back and the property is close to supermarkets and restaurants. We received clear instructions for check in. Will definitely stay at this property again if we find ourselves in New Haven in the future.

There was no hot breakfast l. When we booked our stay the hot breakfast was suppose to be included in the cost of our stay. It was not and there was no advance notice regarding the change.
The room was clean and comfortable , the bed was a bit harder than I liked , but I get it , it's a hotel, not my own bed ! The staff was friendly at check-in and just as friendly when I went to check-out ! The complimentary breakfast was simple with a few nice options like coffee , tea and milk and juices , oatmeal and mini boxes of cereal , assorted breakfast bars, and muffins . The bear in the room picture was for my girlfriend and not part of the room's amenities !
I am from the area so I liked the close proximity to the wedding that I was attending, and seeing the family I was there to see (for my birthday), so that was all fine and dandy. Additionally, the zipper on the dress I was wearing to the wedding broke 20 minutes before I had to leave and the ANGELS (cleaning ladies) SEWED me into the dress. Truly they were the BEST part of my stay, and get A++++ in my book!!!
I have never seen a property this filthy. Pubes on our pillows the shower was so dirty. The hallways are extremely filthy really bad it was so bad. Everyone smoking pot I had to explain to my kids what the smell was. This place is in a very bad situation with management and cleanliness. It’s not safe and sanitary. The pool area is so dirty really bad. Dangerous for the kids.

the easy checkin/check out process and hotel staff. i didn't have the opportunity to eat breakfast in the morning, but it smelled and looked great. the location was close to shopping areas, gas stations and the highway.
Location. Hotel is in disrepair. My room had the windows open and the ac running full blast when I checked in after 8pm. It was 30deg outside. The fitness center equipment was in disrepair.
The breakfast was exceptional and while a buffet, it was cooked by a chef at the hotel restaurant. The bed was comfy and the room was bigger than expected. The courtyard was beautiful.
The hotel was easy to find, easy to get checked in, the room was spacious and comfy, the beds were perfect, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.
