Hotel has big potential, is kind old fashion design "hotel room with kitchen annex and private restroom. But all facilities were old one. Hotel breakfast is just muffin and coffee.

Short staffed. Didn’t receive maid service because they didn’t have our room on the list. Room smelled musty when we arrived. Cable didn’t work, refrigerator had to be plugged in after our food spoiled and then it made terrible noises all night. Every time we went out and came back our key wouldn’t work. Tub had rust . Sink had a slow drain. When we arrived had to wait about 10 minutes before anyone appeared to check us in.
The price was a value to me. $76.71 tax and all! Friendly staff, room was clean, sinks and shower drained fine (I have had slow draining plumbing in very expensive hotels and affordable hotels alike). The bed was firm the way I prefer and to be honest I was not expecting my experience to be that great because of the price but I was pleasantly surprised. The location was far enough outside of lexington that getting on the main road wasn’t an issue, easy drive to the mall, and exactly where i wanted to stay at. The bed and bathroom was nice and the staff was really nice
The shower was upscale. Very nice! The larger TV with a personalized welcome screen was a unique and enjoyable item. The breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable. It felt like a brand new hotel.
