Check in desk 100% encased in plastic panels and could only slide credit card in small slot to them even during the day you had to use this supposed night check it. Stay clear of it. Needs to be condemned. My husband is a construction Engineer. Worst he's seen.

Needs gap on entry and adjoining rooms doors repaired. You can hear everything down the hallway and in rooms beside and above you. Need improvement with Business Practices Mgr was not helpful in securing refund for error with booking.com. Made many promises while I was there however it’s been over 30 days and no refund.
Continental Breakfast Area needs staff that practice proper food handling and proper sanitation protocols specially after the serious COVID pandemic. I noticed poor grounds maintenance. Litter and debris surrounding area. Also a number of times noticed homeless individuals roaming around. There was even a self made sleeping area out the back of the hotel. Appeared to look like a homeless living arrangement.
Front desk often unattended. Allowing for entry by anyone.

Everything needed is close together and if Newnan doesn't have it, you probably don't need it. Traffic on some days on the main roads sucked. Sorry to say, but several years ago it didn't seem so bad. But now it can be a bit clogged at times. I wonder if anyone ever eats at home sometimes, all the restaurants seem packed.

I went for the first time in December 2021.
I went for the first time in December 2021. Now I went back in May 2022, the place has been forgotten, the room was dirty, the room was not what I expected, someone was smoking during the day and night and you can smell the smoke in the bathroom. Staff was not able to do anything. They planned to move me to another room instead of fixing a smoking issue with a guest. I will not recommend this place. It is in a good location but that's it.

I loved the idea of having dining out options within walking distance. I would recommend early check in for those who arrive early and if check in time is at a certain time that you stick to it or offer other options.

Never put your credit card in pay at site because booking.com charge my card $318 and then the hotel tried to charge me again stay one more night and they charge me again and it caused me to overdraft my account this will never happen again choose a different website to do your business unless you want to sleep in your truck with no money because they try to double charge you I will never use booking.com ever
The lady doing breakfast was only really friendly staff I saw at hotel. Nice having actual eggs and sausage for breakfast.
King size bed was comfortable maybe one of best I’ve ever slept on.
Hotel is brand new so Everything looks great for most part. Ice machines are clean as well as the workout equipment. Pool looked good from top floors but didn’t get close. Shallow and not too big but it looked clean
Entertainment on tv was decent. Music on demand as well as tv and movies from showtime.
The hotel was beautiful and smelled very nice. The front staff at check-in were friendly and welcoming. I loved how the hotel is close to Ashley Park, where there is a variety of restaurants, shopping plazas, and also the movie theater. When through the hotel is in a congestive area, it is still quiet, and the beds are extremely soft. My boyfriend fell asleep instantly when he laid down. I love the studio set up with the fridge, dishwasher, and stove top.
Tonya and her boyfriend they are very rude and nasty I have went to miss Peggy's several times which is the GM and she has not done anything about it so I left the hotel to go to another one because I don't like the environment environment is horrible they need to clean that hotel up tear it down and clean it up I need to put new people in there that knows how to talk to people cuz they disrespect they disrespectful and rude
Easy to find located close to I-85 nearby to many retail opportunities and 2 min walk to Texas Roadhouse .The hotel is a good looking building plenty of parking gas station adjacent and about 25 mins from Atlanta airport . rooms are comfortable beds good and good selection of pillows which is a bonus and something that always causes problems , fridge microwave , work station , wake up call service .Good shower .
Bed could have been a little shorter but I didn't have to get a chair to get in bed at least like I did in another hotel and bed was comfortable. Loved the roll in shower didn't have to climb in a tub to get a bath. If I had to cook there was dishes for all I would need. Refrigerator is a nice size .. had no oven to bake in, microwave is a nice size, and all the cabinets have doors
The location was great close by where we were visiting for work. The hotel was very clean the room was awesome had plenty of room and had everything you needed in a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel was close to about what ever you would want to eat.
Room was very clean, bed very comfortable and felt safe. Next night stayed in another town, different hotel, very noisy and people standing in the hall as we tried to get in our room. Comfort felt very safe. Enjoyed this place tremendously for the price.

The hotel was immaculately clean, had a great breakfast buffet, and had a great lobby setup with games that our kids loved (giant Jenga, giant Connect-4, and Checkers). Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless!
I didn’t like how the hotel allowed everybody to have dogs out there and the dogs are just running around and most of the folks was hanging all out side and loud and smoking and asking strangers for money and rides
Hotel was extremely clean and organized. The rooms are large with plenty of room. The breakfast had everything you would want to start your day off right. Extremely happy with this hotel.
