Nothing. It was the worst experience ever. They accused us of smoking in the room. My wife and I do not smoke. Never even spoke to us and had the police escort us off the property. So embarrassing. On mother's Day. This place could sink in a hole for all I care.

It is an older motel that has been renovated with new laminate flooring, a new tiled bathroom with walk-in shower. It was very clean. The mattress and pillows were firm and comfortable. The owners were friendly and fixed a problem within minutes.

They honored our request and were very accommodating.

Lived near New Windsor for over 30 years so coming back was...
Lived near New Windsor for over 30 years so coming back was enjoyable. Lots of history, especially Revolutionary War history in the area. The National Purple Heart Hall of Honor is impressive and a great reminder of the sacrifice of our service men and women. West Point is another great place to visit. If you like history this is a great place.
I love the fact that they allow dogs and don’t charge extra. The room was clean and comfortable and there’s a beautiful view of the lake from the front of the hotel. The staff was kind and courteous. I will definitely stay here again next time I travel to Newburgh.
It was very clean, I could control the air conditioning, the room had a refrigerator. There was a list of contact information for tours, events, shopping, nearby restaurants, a microwave for the customers convenience and more.
