Staff was dressed very unprofessional. Cleaning staff had their children with them while cleaning rooms. Our room didn’t have a remote for the TV & it took 30 plus minutes for them to bring us one.

Great location with all the restaurants and shopping places within walking distance. I come every year for my volleyball championships in the Columbus Convention center downtown. Only 12 minutes away.
There were MANY things to like!! The room was very clean. Lots and lots of outlets and charger port. We asked for, and received, extra coffee pods to have for the morning. There are TONS of places right near the hotel to get something to eat. Super quick access to the highway. It was super quiet despite the hotel being at capacity. Check out is at 11, unlike 10 at many other places.. Finally, and most importantly for me, the entire staff was super friendly, kind and helpful!! Especially Ms. Liz at the front desk!
Staff was very friendly, understanding and accommodating. The husband has eye surgery in the morning and they allowed us to check in a little early so he could get right back to sleep.
Having the restaurant right at the hotel was nice so we didn't have to leave the property with him just having had surgery.
The location is really close to a hig higway we were traveling on and really convenient with all the food services and gas close to it, so it was really easy to get in and out of the hotel.
The hotel was really clean and loved that we had several pillow options to choose from and that the pillowcases stated which pillow was which. The breakfast was amazing
The front desk lady was very kind and very patient. In traveling the hotels that I travel, especially in Columbus,. This was the best stay that I have had in a while.
