I've been traveling for a very long time, staying in a lot of hotels. But I have never stayed in such a comfortable studio, location, environment. It was our first time to Portshmouth. Really perfect place! I liked it very much with its delicious food, restaurants with magnificent landscapes and colorful boutiques. We came back to the city relaxed and recharge. I really respect that this kind of work is done with such hard work and kind. So thank you Mr Dunn and his team. We went during the Christmas period, but I also want to see on the summer what it's like. We definitely will come again!

Unfortunately I had to turn around in the middle of my way to the hotel because I forgot to take my passport in order to cross Canada border the next morning. 3 hours driving back home to get it. So I had no chance to come back to the hotel. But I was delightfully surprised to get my money back. Soooo nice of the hotel staff. Thanks a lot!

Really nice place! When we came they had just opened after renovation. We stayed in a king room and it was quite spacious. The bed was comfortable and they had more european style shower :)The breakfast was the best we had on our trip and staff were really nice and helpful.

Location was very convenient to downtown Portsmouth with nice views. Breakfast was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Absolutely loved this adorable home! my room was decorated so tastefully and the attention to detail was amazing! Plenty of snacks and beverages were on hand for purchase. I felt like I was in a five star hotel! It was very quiet and in a beautiful little neighborhood right by the water and lighthouse. I highly recommend a stay here!
Beautiful old historic New England hotel located on Newcastle Island. It does not have a beach but the views are beautiful. It was a bucket list item to stay here and Booking was half the cost of going through Marriott directly.
The pool and views were amazing. Restaurant in the hotel was great and the rooms were very clean. Make sure you get a cheese board from the restaurant.
