I’m very disappointed in the staff members. My spouse and I were going through a hard time. I asked if I could leave my kids car seats there…. They literally stole my car seats and wouldn’t give them back because “we didn’t pay for the night before stay.” Which doesn’t even make sense because how did we stay there if we didn’t pay.

The facility was clean and the room provided everything you needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom vanity was large enough to hold your cosmetics/meds etc., which often isn't the case at other hotels. We have stayed at the hotel several times as we have family near that we come to visit. It is in a convenient location.

Don't stay here...disgusting place. Bathrooms were dirty and moldy a d the wallpaper was peeling off the walls with mold behind that. The carpets were filthy. It's a complete waste of money..I even want my money back for staying here.

Nice staff. Filthy rooms- I mean the basic stuff like vacuuming and cleaning the bathroom floors. Greasy stains all over the carpet. Parts of the ceiling are peeling off. Don’t state you are taking extra cleaning measures because of the pandemic then put me
in a room where the basics of housekeeping are not done. Short cuts on cleanliness are not safe for your guests. I work in health care and if the rooms are not being cleaned properly then it’s more than a dirty bathroom or carpet. It’s a health hazard to your guests that you are responsible for taking care of. $117 a night- hard earned by me on the front lines saving lives in this community. I wanted a brief rest and I got a big mess. I cannot in good conscience recommend staying there if this is going to be the norm on the property.

Breakfast was good but it could be better.
The water in the jacuzzi could be more hot.
Beside that my family was very happy we have a good time.
My visit was just as good as last time. The rooms were nice and clean and staff was friendly. I will definitely will be recommending this hotel when I come down to Milwaukee as I do come down from up north time to time. The beds were quite comfy and the Suite gives you a pull out couch and a bed.
The king bed was firm and comfortable. The shower was amazing. Everything was super clean. I realize that this is a small thing, bit I really liked that there was a holder in the shower for the shampoo, conditioner and soap. I've not seen this at a hotel before.
Super clean, amazing water pressure in shower, super helpful and nice staff. Well run and managed hotel! We love it there and will return each time we are in Milwaukee!
Great location, very convenient to most things in New Berlin. Breakfast was fantastic as was the breakfast staff. Really was the perfect place to stay in New Berlin.
The staff! Pool, hot tub, decor, very clean, comfortable bed, quiet even with kids in the hotel. Environmentally cautious. Antique shop in the area. Close to Highway.
