The best city in Illinois and probably one of the best in the U.S. Transportation was good except that you have to wait an extra 30 minutes for a bus in case you missed one. I would recommend visiting the Naperville Cemetery on Washington St. for some interesting gravesites. The #530 bus will take you there if you're not traveling by car.

Naperville is a large suburban community in the western suburbs of Chicago. Good access by car and train, but not much else in terms of transit. The downtown is highly walkable and offers many shops and restaurants. Nice place to visit and a great place to live.

Hotel had a great location. Close to shopping, restaurants & downtown area. Easy access from highways & tollway. We attended a family function in the area but there were many kids at the hotel attending sporting events. Lots of activity in the area. Nice to see people out & about having fun.

The Naperville, Illinois best western hotel site was very clean and entire staff rock. Ken ( the assistant manager) & entire front desk, day & night team was just amazing and welcoming. I will traveling more, and this will be my permanent location moving forward whenever l travel to Naperville🥰

One of nicest towns in USA.
One of nicest towns in USA. Downtown is clean lots of restaurants bars clubs and plenty of smal to medium shopping. Every outle is there. Easy acces to highways and large shopping malls too. Train to Chicago.
I loved the room amenities, the warmth on the coldest day of the year and the speed/simplicity of check in and checkout. I am glad they use coffee makers and not the garbage producing pods.
Finally, I liked that there was fruit at breakfast as well.
The General Manager, Pavel, was extremely helpful and polite despite having to work between two hotels. He and his team deserve a lot of praise.
The room has been remodeling and was awesome! Very clean, comfortable bed, fabulous staff and Housekeeping. The Naperville, Illinois location is my #1 best place out of the other Motel 6 places visited. 😉👍💖💖

I loved the comfortable bed and the room was clean. The breakfast was very different from most other hotels. I was very happy we picked this hotel to stay in for our business trip overnight. Close to lots of things to do and good places to eat.
We are happy that we booked this hotel for our 3-night stay in Naperville, May 2022. We coudn't find any flaw worth mentioning. I believe that Hampton Inn Chicago-Naperville has the potential to satisfy any non luxury oriented customer.
Loved everything! Rooms are so clean!!! Staff are so helpful and lovely. Plus there is tea and coffee from 6am-11pm. 8 mins away from downtown Naperville, perfect placement surrounded by lots of restaurants. And the pool is heated!
Beautiful location the only staff i interacted with were at the front disk specially Mr Chirag he is very helpful the room was super comfy clean and nice hopefully next time i will choose this hotel with my wife
Cheaper than most. Near multiple things to do or places to eat. Could see that the rooms being cleaned had been sheets removed. This tells me that they should be fairly clean.
I loved my stay in Naperville. I had a car and saw Chicago and surrounds. Was there for 17 days all up. My son stayed at north Central College. Will be back next year. 🙂
