Staff were very helpful and quick check-in and check-out. The room was very nice and well equip with ironing board, microwave, fridge and tv. Breakfast was nice, small amount of cooked food and some snacks, plus coffee and juice.

So much to see here. We were busy for both of our days here.
So much to see here. We were busy for both of our days here. Could have spent another couple of days around Muscle Shoals as there is so much to see and do. Something for everyone. Lots of history and also outdoor activities. Really liked the Hellen Keller Birthplace and the Rosenbaum House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Staff at both facilities are very knowledgeable and make your visit the best. Also enjoyed the Music industry sites and the Alabama Music Hall of Fame. Had dinner at the at the Garden Gate Cafe..best place, food is wonderful.

Because of the employee who refused to give her name and is disliked (to put it VERY nicely) by every other employee of this location, all of our planned activities and indeed our stay in Muscle Shoals, Alabama ended before it began. We and our travel dollars went, instead, to a different city.

Wasn’t sure what to do in town since we were there for a Softball tournament in Underwood, Al. Lots (and I mean lots)of BBQ places to eat at. We ate at LawLers and it was great! Affordable also. Googled things to do and the birthplace of Helen Keller popped up. We visited that for a tiny affordable fee. The adults and kids enjoyed it since they had previously learned about her in school. Definitely recommend it!! Wanted to see Frank Lloyd Wright’s house (ran out of time) and a mini golf place, Killin Time but weather wouldn’t allow. Also ate at Rosie’s Mexican Cantina in Florence. Good atmosphere! Florence is a college town so the young crowd would enjoy the night scene!
