The staff was very accommodating, really friendly, helpful and kind. The room was huge, clean, comfortable and air conditioning worked well. The bed was very comfortable but a little bit too high. A refrigerator and a microwave served for our comfort. I loved all the full-size Dove products in the bathroom. This hotel offers a hot breakfast (omelet, sausage, pancake etc.). Other options are also available (fruits, juice, cereals, yogurt, jam, toast, bagels, etc.). The cinnamon rolls are delicious!

They let us check in early to get ready for a wedding...Lady on the phone was super kind and helpful.
The hotel's location is excellent. Very walkable. I especially loved dining at Bistro 19, the food and service were both excellent. Grandpa Joe's Candy Store is a must for old fashioned goodies. I would also recommend Mineo's Pizza. And for ice cream, Betty's home-made ice cream is super.

We were here to visit family but found that area pf Pittsburgh a great area to stay if you want to be close to the city but far enough away. There are Lakes, Places to go for shopping and entertainment, and plenty of open spaces to walk, exercise etc.
