Really old hotel, with an obvious facelift and some improvements, but it is clear that we were is a 30+ year old hotel.
Staff was great at the front desk and very friendly, which I know is probably the toughest obstacle to overcome these days, so we’ll done!

Morristown is a great active town. Has something for everyone. We had excellent meals and attended a rummage sale all within a short distance from each other. Also, on a previous visit, got to chat very casually with the mayor at a popular coffee shop.

We were here for a track meet, and the location of this hotel was perfect. Eat at Nonna's while you are here. Amazing Italian at a very reasonable price. The linguine with white clam sauce was amazing. The Hyatt House was perfect when traveling with our runners. We had a two bedroom suite which was fantastic. Full court basketball, a nice pool, great TV's, full kitchen, and friendly staff. Jose is the best!
The staff were very helpful and very nice. The breakfast was terrible - for the price of the hotel the breakfast was not worth what you pay for the hotel. The only thing that was decent was the coffee. I know that with the Covid you have to
be very careful; however, to pay $251.00 for the room with breakfast included it was not worth it especially when you are
traveling with no personal car as you could not go any other place for breakfast. Thank God for the coffee.
the room/suite was fantastic. a really well equipped kitchenette, exceptionally comfortably bed and even the sofa bed passed the teenager test! breakfast was good and sufficient for what you need. location for us was great as we needed to be near Morristown, Madison and Parsippany.

The restaurant was still closed forcing us to leave the property for dinner and breakfast. After nine hours in a car, this was not a good thing. A hotel in the class of a Westin should have made more of an effort to ensure its facilities were fully open.
The hotel was quirky , clean and place was inviting and a good location. It was so nice that breakfast was included and it was great, lots of choice of foods. The staff were friendly and very helpful this was very impressive.
it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located for my commutes back and forth to my relative’s home. the front desk area was staffed by friendly, helpful people and was beautifully decorated for the holidays.
