Comfortable room and great location. The interior design is great and there was nothing to complain about. However, this is not like a regular hotel in the sense that there are no facilities or any staff on site.

Breakfast was amazing. The gym was really nice. Having an indoor pool was a plus. My favorite thing was the shower and bathroom supplies. I forgot my shampoo and conditioner, but, I didn't even need it. They had Dove brand shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap in the bathroom.
The woman who does breakfast twice a week was a sweetheart!!!

The bathroom was still pretty dirty you could tell the floor had not been swept fully. Found a dead bug in the closet on the floor. There was coffee in the room but no cups just a bunch of lids. Ice bucket but not plastic cups. No alarm clock. The mini fridge was dirty and smelled and not even running when we got there. Plugged it in but there was a weird smell so unplugged it again.
They need to get a new keycard programmer we had to get new keys the next day since they stopped working or never really worked in general.

The hotel was so poorly kept I did not want to stay there I do not want to check in but they said I had no choice because I booked it with your company booking.com. And they said you would never refund money or allow me to change my reservation so I will never book with your company again

7 or so minutes to the Zoo entrance from the hotel (then 15 to get in the parking lot). Nearby Aspinwall has great shopping especially at the really great Giant Eagle Market District. Pasquale's pizza was very good.
