The Location is within a walk of restaurants and shopping. This location is close to the City of Hope Hospital. I reserved a room for 5 days, not sure how long my spouse's treatment at City of Hope would take. My spouse's treatment was completed on the third day, so I decided to leave early. I reserved through booking.com not realizing the reservation was not changeable, but booking.com was gracious enough to refund the last two days.

On the 6th February 2020 I was checked into your hotel by staff member Belen who was not to be found and who eventually drifted out of a room blowing on her recently painted nails . I requested a Quiet Room as requested on my booking.com reservation.
The girl would not even look up to talk to me.
She then put me in a room where the noise of pipes was non stop and then I rang the front desk where Marcus a very nice guy apologized for the noise.
In the morning I spoke to the delightful Deanna who said she would put me into Room 245 , which would be complimentary on my next stay on the 8/2/2020 , when I arrived i was
told by " Mary " that there was no complimentary room 245 set aside for me instead her idea of a quiet room was 344 facing the freeway.
This morning the apologetic Beanna stated she had been told by her manager that she could not compensate me on the earlier non-sleep night.
I have been staying here since Homestead Inn days and have never been treated, like I have with the Staff and managment
Avoid this Hotel
Staff are obviously told by management to rent noisy rooms first to
anyone using booking agencies.

Great town!
Great town! If I was to move to Los Angeles, Monrovia and the surrounding towns will be my first choice of places to live. It will be a nightmare going into Los Angeles, but that will be okay. I doubt I would be going to Los Angeles everyday, based on the work I do, so it wouldn't be that bad.
Comfy bed with lots of pillows, awesome staff, free breakfast, big room, excellent location, working ice machine, reasonably priced vending machines fully stocked, working AC, quiet and an absolute gem. Convenient, free and well-lit parking lot and elevator. I can't understand why Oak Tree Inn isn't rated higher number of stars online. I definitely will be recommending this Oak Tree Inn to others and stay here on my next trip!
The kitchenette was a good surprise, it has a full fridge, 2-burner electric cook top, not that you'll think about cooking when you're not too far from the restaurants in Arcadia. Clean unit, feels like one can stay here a while. Had families in Pasadena and Covina, location is center to these cities. New hotel. Great staff , get breakfast elsewhere. Capital dimsum and din Tai fung no too far away.
Great location, wonderful staff, every convenience including a Red Lobster in the parking lot if you do not want to eat at the Hilton's restaurant. Great room service, George, at the bar, is great, as well as all of the other staff we came into contact with. Will def stay here next time I need to visit client in Pasadena.
everything from the room with comfy beds, cleanliness of the facilities, to the friendly staff, excellent breakfast buffet (best I had so far) with a lot of variety. very good Wi-Fi connection. different restaurant options nearby the hotel.
I was not satisfied. I booked a superior double bed room in the APP. I went to the place to open a standard room with two beds and charged me 12.5 more. The APP price 115 room charged me 152.5. What else should I say about this hotel?
I liked the staff, location of the hotel, and their facilities. The neighborhood was good and safe. I would stay here again. Especially going to Universal Studios good 15-20minute drive totally worth it.
Front counter staff, especially Lisa, were nice and helpful. Rooms and bedding were clean. Good location with shops and eateries nearby. Free parking was a factor in considering the hotel.
