Breakfast was not very inviting. Nothing looked are taste good. Sausage was way too salty. The cook was rude and fussy maybe it was because she was working by herself and trying to deal with the guests. The only thing I liked was that my family and I were able to leave and go get breakfast at McDonalds.

Breakfast was okay, not bad or great compared to other similar hotels that offer breakfast. The facility is a bit old and the room a bit small, there was a leak from the shower for example, nobody has bothered to fix. The room was also smaller than i expected in comparison to other marriot residences, but it was not terrible. For the modest price my expectations were modest. There was no linen or maid service that i could see, no new towels or anything like that provided, but i guess that is common now in these residence inns. Overall it was good value and served its purpose. Good, but not great though.

Well the town of Monroe was very nice and very clean. Pretty busy traffic but people were very friendly in letting you move from lane to lane and not in a big rush. Need to check it out try the foodie was great.

Monroe has nicer hotels near the mall just more pricey. Other prices are reasonable if you book in advance in order to get a room. Call the site and ask if the room phone works first. West Monroe is better and only 2 miles more West.

Exceptionally friendly and professional front desk staff. Very clean room. Very comfortable king bed. Good service and food at the complimentary continental breakfast. Good parking. Rolling luggage rack available. Elevator worked well. Nice pool and exercise room. I would definitely book again.

The front office staff was very rude an didn't put me in a room that I book with Expedia. I had to pay more an had to wait till the staff got done with there lunch for me to get my room. Then she didnt even ask for my ID. I was tired an didn't want to complain bout anything. But my stay was not what I expected.
Our room door was open when we went up to it. There was a pizza and breadsticks left in the dresser from 4 day before we checked in. Eddie the night guy was very helpful but was unable to move us because the hotel was full. The morning team didn’t seem to see an issue with what had happened the night before. We would not recommend staying here.
Clean and the location. In Monroe this is where I’m going to stay. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Monroe, none I would go back to. Now I don’t even look for other places. This place is clean!!! And I wasn’t worried about getting mugged in the parking lot. Ac worked great!!!
Check-in/check-out was very quick and easy. Room was very nice for what I paid in comparison to other hotel rates in the area. If you want a great budget stay, this will do the trick! Staff was friendly even when I lost my room key once.
