Food was good but the staff not so friendly. I asked a question to your staff and I had to ask her twice just to get her attention. I was 3 ft away from her, i know she heard me the first time I spoke to her.

Overall it was a good deal for the price. I have stayed here before and felt it was a good value. The location is good, although slightly hidden. There is shopping and restaurants nearby.

The whole experience since the reason we were there because our truck broke down and it needed a place it was a great stay for the 4 or 5 days we were there

Monaca did not have restaurants that I desired. Also there were no carryout food places that I love. It was a boring country town. I did like JC penney. I ate at apple bee, Texas Road house, and a few other eateries which I can't remember the names. Texas Roadhouse was the only restaurant that I enjoyed.Getting around Monaca was easy. I don't plan to visit Monaca again. The locals that I met were friendly towards me. I appreciated that very much.

Paid extra to upgrade to a room with a jacuzzi tub and if you're planning to stay with your significant other or do a lot of walking I promise you it's worth the extra money. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. It was extremely quiet and relaxing, you couldn't even hear the people stay next door to us.

Front desk clerk could have been nicer.
Front desk clerk could have been nicer. Room was comfortable but we paid extra for a jacuzzi tub that had hair and nail polish marks in it. Fridge had food left in it and was frozen over.
The only ice machine wasn't working.
The bed was big and comfy and the jacuzzi was definitely worth the extra money for the room. Super relaxing especially after a long day of walking around the city. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful upgrading us to a room with a jacuzzi tub. The whole place was extremely clean and gave a great luxurious feel. Definitely would be my top pick to stay again next time I come to Pittsburgh. Only 30 minutes out of the city too (worked out nice that we weren't right in the city it was very quiet).
This hotel was very comfortable and the staff was really nice and understanding. my toddler pressed the emergency button on the room phone soon after checking into room that dispatches fire dept etc. she was able to call and canx the alarm before they came and i was really thankful for that! the front desk also called my cellphone to see if everything was okay after we left to run errands and another alarm was pressed. They really take care of you here.
On staff using handicap space daily at one of the 3 spaces closest to the door. Didn’t seem to have an issue with walking. Hadn’t changed since last stay. Many guests actually do have mobility issues getting hotel. Would be nice if there was a “management space if they actually have a disability. Would’ve nice for more handicap spaces.
Location was perfect for me. I enjoyed the room setup and felt the heating/cooling unit was the best I've seen in any hotel. It allowed me to keep the fan on (dulls the outside noise) without effecting my set temp. Bed was comfortable and accommodations for my dog was also very much appreciated. I will stay here again.
The first morning I was awakened by the sounds of construction on the floor below my room. Despite being assured that Construction was not going to be taking place the next day, a Sunday, I was nonetheless awakened again by the same sounds of clunking, banging, scraping, sounded like rearranging furniture.
I booked this hotel due to a trip that was kind of thrown together. Staff was nice, the facility was clean and the continental breakfast I was impressed with. It just so happened to be located across the street from the mall and 2 lights up there were other convenient facilities for us.
Ryan at the front desk was great! A cutie too! Very professional and helpful! The price is cheapest around and rooms are great. The snack bar is great options. Clean and very organized.
