The older gentleman that checked me in at midnight went above and beyond. He walked me to my room because the keys weren’t working and was extremely kind & patient.

Location location location location location. The Arch right at the door stop and the baseball stadium a 5 minute walk. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The views from the room were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel had outstanding staff, delicious food and mouth watering cocktails. I ate and drank here every night. Outstanding customer service from all members of staff. Starbucks inside hotel came in very handy. Gift store was also very helpful as no where else in St Loius to buy snacks from.

Excellent customer service. The microwave in our room was not working; within 15 minutes it was replaced. The pool area had no towels; reported to front desk, was immediately given towels for our family to use, within 10 minutes the pool towels were replenished. Parking area was secure and easy to access with room key.

We were in St. Louis for a conference at the convention center, so the location was great. Hotel is near some restaurants and a short walk to the Arch and river. The room was large and the bed was comfortable

Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have bottled water replenished. The light show in the evenings was spectacular.

I don't know if a bunch of inconsiderate hillbillies live here and use the hotel as a party location, but many of the license plates in the parking lot were Illinois tags. Some of the people in the hotel acted like locals, but maybe not. Whatever the case, several of the guests were LOUD during evening hours and didn't seem to care about disturbing others. Maybe Millstadt Junction is a nice, quiet, relaxing place to visit, but this hotel certainly was not.

Housekeeping failed to come after first night's stay, had to straighten up and go to front desk to get towels and washcloths for the next day. Hotel is too pricey for what you get and for this area.
