Location was excellent. It was great to have a full breakfast and there was also restaurant on property to get lunch and dinner which was super convenient also. A huge benefit was the shuttle service from the hotel to the Hard Rock Stadium at an affordable price that made regular trips throughout the day, so practically on demand. The staff were friendly and the hotel common areas were clean and well-maintained.
staff are wonderful, helpful, friendly - the Grill space encourages interaction so made some good friends during the Miami Open !! Location is ideal and when the Grill was closed i just had to go to the casino nearby ! ;; Definitely return and say hi to staff. I even wanted to come back and eat/visit when i had to move to other hotels.
We used this property while visiting Miami to watch a Dolphins game, the location was great and the effort the hotel put in to decor was amazing.
The breakfasts were good and located on the top floor with a view to the stadium, all the staff were helpful and happy. We also played mini golf which was a very nice touch.
This is the second year I've stayed at this hotel. The staff at the desk is always nice. I like they have a security presence in the lobby. I like that they have a shuttle service to the stadium for the football games, even though its $20/person, bt it beats having to pay for parking and the traffic of the stadium.
It was extremely bad behaviour !! I was a little late for checking out of 1 room out my 2 room bookings, i got late because my important Business meetings with my nearby well known customer and his huge office is also located in the same area around the hotel, BUT
we only stayed a few hours was promised a refund by the host and still nothing just rude emails we had to check in a hotel the sheets were filthy and also alot of mess.We begged for a refund and nothing We didn't stay the night we left immedeatly.
Well managed hotel with very efficient helpful staff. Clean comfortable room and a very good breakfast. My particular room needed blackout curtains due to outside lighting coming through the shears made it very light in room at night
The place was very nice, very clean, easy to check in and out of. Only a 10 minute Uber to hard rock stadium and there's a Walmart right around the corner. Would definitely stay again!
Great location for a Dolphins game, the hotel have a shuttle service. Reasonably priced food and drinks available in the Spots bar. Nice pool area. Clean, large rooms with a balcony.
Quiet cozy and a perfect little one bedroom set up, kitchenette was perfect and living room area also, perfect for me and my sister there on business for a few conventions!
The property was thoroughly clean. I loved the careful, welcoming feminine touches everywhere. It's located very close to the Hard Rock Stadium, which was perfect for us.
