I could not stay at the property. It was dirty, carpet in room was filthy and I have allergies so I left and had to get other accommodations. I let both be parties know that day. I asked for some kind B if compensation back but nothing has been done yet.

Our stay at the Kent hotel was wonderful!! Staff, especially Betty and Anthony, were very friendly. Extremely convenient location. Beds were comfortable and room was nice. Beach towels always available. Hotel is a boutique hotel which offers a different experience from the huge chain hotels.

I’ve been to SOBE many times and I will always go back. I prefer the smaller boutique like hotels. I LOVE SOBE, and wish I could’ve stayed a few more days. We were there prior to a cruise ( for work) and I know better, I always book 3 nights prior in SOBE.
Once you go and catch the Miami vibe, especially SOBE, you’ll go back too. It was actually the first time I’d been over to Bayside, that was fun to walk around.
Find little restaurants off the beaten path, we found the best tacos and empanadas.

I loved the facade of resort but just be advised there will be fees prior to check in that our third party booking didn’t specify. The beach is an amazing perk the trade off will be that the Resort doesn’t include breakfast, the water faucets and shower heads were not working. Lack of towels and amenities for our stay. We know we could ask but it’s just better to have what we need before asking. Lack of hospitality.

Miami Beach is very very expensive compared to 30 years ago ! Beers $15.00 whiskey $20.00 taxis $50.00 min . Gringos in their country are treated like shit ! Starbucks food is great but it cost me $88.00 for breakfast for two !! I must admit being handicapped some people really were wonderful and helped me out when I fell down from exhaustion on the grass . Cars stopped , people came out & helped me up ! If I needed something they actually gave i to me !! Overall I still love Miami Beach !! The Architecture is fantastic &

Clean quiet and chic boutique hotel ideally placed for South Beach. Rooms are large and wifi and aircon are good. Some of the rooms are direct access from the street which saves having to trek through the hotel and makes Uber delivery easier. Given the prices in South Beach this is a bargain and just 2 mins to the beach although it's not beachfront, which means good value. Miami is not cheap (and I live in Dubai) so forget the unnecessary frills and spend the dollars you save at Lucali (best pizza ever) or Lock & Load!
Exceptional position. The hotel is located on Ocean Drive in the best part of South Beach. Restaurants and cafes are in front of the hotel itself. The beach is right across the street. We had an early check-in immediately upon arrival. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. Nice big bathroom. There is no noise from the crowded street in the room. Had a wonderful view from the room on the beach. Lovely pool. Wonderful staff.
This is a comfortable hotel with adequate communal space in a great location. This is a historic property in the heart of South Beach on Ocean drive. It was superb value for money. The staff try hard to sort out issues. We had a lovely spacious room which had all the necessary extras - TV, Fridge, Coffee making facilities etc. 2 bottles of water were provided daily and the breakfast was a typical US breakfast.
The Avalon was exceptional in all areas -- such a great location, friendly and helpful staff (especially at the front desk), wonderfully clean and quiet room (#301 in the corner, with beautiful view), safe and secure atmosphere. The restaurant was incredible as well. My daughter and I agreed that we had the best hotel in South Beach. We will definitely be visiting again!
Excellet location, right on Ocean drive and step away from beach. Very close to Espanyola Way and Lincoln road, and close to many good restaurants and shops,... Staff is really helpfull. Also behind the hotel is parking garage where can you park a car for 20 USD per day, what is in my opinion the cheapest deal for whole day on South Beach.
Love the staff at the Betsy! They are the absolute best. The Porter especially. this hotel has this incredible “historic” vibe - almost Hemingway like - while being located prime South Beach - away from the fray, but close to everything and right off the beach. Breakfast is awesome as well. Nighttime music is always a joy.
The view from the oceanfront balcony is beautiful! Room was aesthetically pleasing, clean and had great amenities. Excellent staff. Wanted to enjoy the pools but it was too cold out :( private beach was 10/10, perfect if you want to get away from the ocean drive south beach noise but still party.
Bus stop for the Airport Express Bus (bus no. 150) right outside the building. Bus cost only $2.25 while the taxi had a fixed rate of $35 between MIA and Miami Beach. Just some 200 meters from the beach, I found the hotel location very good. Walking up and down the South Beach was great.
The Henrosa is a classic art deco hotel on Collins Avenue just a half block from the beach and all the restaurants on Ocean drive in the heart of South Beach. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The valet service is worth the price as street parking is nearly impossible.
Overall one of the best hotels in Miami Beach from my experience as it’s new, clean and with nice design. Very friendly staff, supportive and willing to accommodate you in a room you wish (quiet room). Very nice rooftop bar with good breakfast & lunch. They have sun beads on the beach.
